This precedent talks only about a proceeding of quashing a subpoena or compelling appearance. Obama has no standing to remove to Federal court IN trial. He could only fight an order to compel his appearance. I didn’t even ask for such an order, no such order was issued. If Obama does not show up and does not testify as a witness, the trial will go on

A note to Obama zombies: a witness cannot remove a case to Federal court. Obama was subpoenaed as a witness, he is not a defendant. He was subpoenaed just to give him notice and an opportunity to testify as a witness. The trial will proceed with or without him. additionally, at isue is not his work as a federal employee, but his candidacy, as a private person running for office 0 View Post

Orly- you are fighting the GOOD fight for TRUTH- these devious political schemes that are concocted in the backrooms of the DEMOCRATIC party will eventually be uncovered because we true Americans will never rest until this evil is exposed- most DEMOCRATs know that Obama is a FRAUD but dont care because party loyalty trumps all-

Hope you have that RICO statement done so it can be filed with the court tomorrow.
It should be an entertaining read since what you have posted so far on your website here is nothing even close to what is required.

That sound GREAT!
That the trial can go on even without Barrack Hussein Obama making a court appearance, because we all know that Barrack Hussein Obama AIN’T going to show up in any courtroom and come face to face with Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.
