Actually, all those so-called corrupt judges struck down the various states’ gay marriage bans on the grounds the bans violated the US Constitution’s Equal Protection clause. So the judges were in fact following constitutional law. |
Answer from Orly Taitz
No, federal judges are not following the US Constitution, they are following the fad of political correctness. There is nothing in US constitution saying that a man has a right to marry another man or a woman has a right to marry another woman. Marriage is a social issue, which is reserved for the states. Definition of marriage is a state issue, not a federal issue. Supreme court has already ruled that DOMA should not be applied not because it is unconstitutional, but because it is a state issue. As such federal judges violated the Constitution and the holding of the Supreme Court by butting into the state issues and redefining marriage in the way these overbearing and despotic federal judges want to redefine it. Citizens of every state have a right to define marriage. NY or Vermont could vote and define marriage as a union between a man and a woman or a man and a man, or a woman and a woman, but CA and most states in the Union defined marriage as a union between one man and one woman. For example, a 17 year old does not have a constitutional right to get married under the US constitution. In Alabama he can get married at 17, in CA it is “not so fast, buddy”. In all the states a marriage is defined as a union between one man and one woman. If some states voted to allow one man to marry one woman or one man, so be it. However this is not a constitutional right according to the US constitution. For Federal judges to throw away the will of majority of the state population as they did in CA in throwing away the will of 40 million people who voted that marriage is a union between one man and one woman, is a flagrant abuse of power, it is federal judiciary infringing upon the rights clearly reserved for the people, it is judicial tyranny. US Constitution gave federal government very limited powers, it never gave the federal government the power to rule in the domain of the social issues. This issue has not been settled as the Supreme Court has never decided that gay and lesbian marriage is a constitutional right. CA proposition 8 was not heard at the Supreme Court on the merits, Supreme Court refused to hear the issue because our corrupt Attorney General Kamela Harris was derelict in her duties and refused to protect the state law, she is owned by the special interests and the Supreme Court of the US refused to allow the proponents of prop 8 to defend the law in the Supreme Court stating that only the state has standing to defend the state law in the Supreme Court. You will see different challenges rising to the Supreme Court and demanding adjudication of whether it is a state right to define marriage. I am convinced that ultimately the Supreme Court will rule this to be a state right. I also predict that the states will start revolting and seeking secession from the US due to an unprecedented abuse of the federal government and federal judiciary, just as people are rising in Great Britain, France, Catalonia, Wales, Holland and seeking secession from the EU, just as 14 former Soviet Republics seceded from the Soviet Union. You cannot abuse majority of population and spit in their faces till no end. Sooner or later people revolt.

What Dr Taitz Esq is saying is that judges need to be activist judges and never consider the constitution or laws when making decisions.

Muffy, please drive away and get lost.
You are a troublesome gnat and we
don’t need ignorant remarks from
anyone who has evidently not
done his/her research on what
is happening in this country.
It is a sad commentary on our
educational system when some
personage does not understand
corruption when it is in
our judicial system.

Nicely worded response, Dr. Taitz. if anyone claims that they cannot understand you, they are purposefully ignorant.
