More Headache for Obama and Chuiome Fukino.

| Since Senator Reid has seen fit to place in the public record an assertion about President Obama’s origin of birth, I am compelled to wonder why.
Primary question that needs to be addressed: Why is President Obama’s COLB number 151 1961 – 01641 greater than (01641 sequenced after) Nordyke 151 61 – 10637, when Mr. Obama was purported to be born a day earlier?
Observations: It appears that Nordyke’s mother signed the document 8-7-61 and an administrator (?) signed it 8-11-61. It would appear to me that the COLBs are pre-numbered and therefore their numbers pre-printed. (It does not appear to be a computer generated number, rather from a numbering machine, probably in black or red ink.)
Secondary questions: How were the COLB numbers issued during that time period? Does anyone remember / know? Was the printing of these blank forms done by a contractor or State print shop? Clarification of question: Were the COLB BLANK forms pre-numbered or was the number “stamped” on the form after the “151” when received by the appropriate registrar of records?
Was the COLB completed at the hospital, by an administrator, to be signed by the mother, father, etc? If so, were the COLB blank forms issued to the respective hospitals in bulk. Were there records of pre-numbered blank forms issued to hospitals? If so, are these available by Freedom of Information Act requests?
What does the 151 refer to in the COLB numbering sequence?
Finally, was the term “African” commonly used on 1961 COLBs? Can this corroborated?
The seriousness of the charge dictates further investigation. Sincerely, Robert M. Solovy |

Dear Dr. Orly-FYI I used to work for an aircraft company. Years ago before my time there was a stamp which would number pages in a book consecutively-top to bottom. As the person went down a page it would automatically number the page, somewhat like a date stamp but it would do it automatically. These numbering stamps were big and heavy but could fit in your hand. When the engine was sold it would be logged into a book manually, somewhat like vin #’s on cars. That car, the paperwork would stay together forever. Could mistakes be made, yes but that also would be documented. This paperwork is audited by accounting for tax purposes and many other reasons. There is always a log book somewhere usually archived after a certain length of time. Hope this helps.
