To those of you who have been paying attention, I have been trying for about six (6) months to find out if Barack Hussein Obama, Jr, aka Barry Soetoro, is in fact a “natural born citizen” and thus eligible to be in the White House as POTUS, instead of as a visitor. I have repeatedly emailed and telephoned various Republican Members of Congress and the Republican party, but get NO answers. I am told that Dr. Coburn’s chief of staff will back at his desk “in 15 minutes” (he has avoided getting back to me for weeks). Minority Leader McConnell’s staff just puts me on hold and never returns when I identify myself. Boehner’s office says the matter has “already been solved in the courts” –WRONG! The kicker was my phone call to Michael Steele’s office. I have been emailing him ever since he assumed the RNC chair. His office actually told me they would do NOTHING. They would “not embarrass” themselves by addressing this issue! I asked, “Since when in HELL is the Constitution an EMBARRASSMENT?” I was so @#$% mad, I hung up on him!

So THIS is how the Republicans expect to get money for their upcoming campaigns. They obviously plan to use Obama as a fund raising tool and will permit us Conservatives to wither on the vine!

    I get solicitations from the RNC all the time. I mark in red or attach and staple notes and tell them “NO MONEY until the borders are sealed, all the illegals are deported and Obama’s eligibility issue is resolved. NO MONEY EVER!

    Funny how Obama’s eligibility issue kinda falls into the deportation of illegals category!?

    Remember, one of the Communist goals listed in the Congressional Record by Albert Herlong in 1963 was to capture one or BOTH of the political parties in the US. I think we have some subversive left-wingers in the GOP. Some are too ignorant, but some are there to control and destroy.
    I was thinking today…why is it that all those frivolous lawsuits could be filed against Governor Sarah Palin (did they have “standing”?) and yet no one seems to get anywhere filing a legitimate, bona fide lawsuit against the treasonous criminal Obama??? Think about it. Was it 21 ethics charges against her? And we have a criminal case!

    I have received the same treatment. My Representative has responded to me twice in a public setting “this issue has already been solved in the courts.” Then out of the other side of his mouth he warns me to be careful what I wish for. (The other side of his mouth tells me he knows this issue has NOT been resolved in the courts, and he wants me to be afraid as he is of of what might happen if they actually do the right thing.) These individuals are not acting on principle. They are clearly not protecting and defending our Constitution.
    Keep on them. We all need to keep the pressure on.

    I have done the same attempts and had exactly the same experience with the Republocrats. The existing so called “Republicans” are abomination (married with obamination). They all stink to the high heaven. They must be hated and despised more than the lefts and liberals.

    Meanwhile I suggest the fallowing strategy. In reply to any their fundraising effort for whichever purpose, cut them half word and say that you are interested only in one issue of illegality of this impostor. Below is a generic letter, which you may use.

    Honorable Senator or Congressman,

    Have you ever cared to understand what the requirement of being a Natural Born Citizen in the Constitution of the US actually means?

    Simply put, a person with only one parent a US citizen is not Natural Born by definition, no matter what. Obama’s hidden birth certificate could prove or disprove only his ordinary citizenship. In either case Obama is not a natural born citizen of the US and cannot serve as a President of the US.

    So what did you do in 2008 to prevent campaigning and election of the impostor? What are you doing now to prosecute and impeach him?

    I, a concerned citizens of these United States, am outraged that a violation of the Constitution of the US on such an unprecedented scale took place on your watch. You ought to know better that a person whose only one parent is a US citizen is not a natural born citizen even if you were unaware about other charges against Obama such as fraud, Indonesian citizenship. I will contribute to your campaign if and only if:

    1) You acknowledge that you had overlooked illegality of Obama’s campaign and committed negligence in understanding what the Natural Born Citizenship really means.

    2) In order to correct the mistake, You shell initiate an impeachment of the impostor.

    3) You shell become a plaintiff in Dr. Taitz’s law suits claiming illegality of Obama’s presidency.

    In Minor Vs. Happert, the Supreme Court answers: a NBC is one born on US soil to 2 US citizen parents. In the Elg case it reaffirms this. In the Wong vs. Ark case it uses a new definition of “native born citizen” which is to be a class which encompasses more than just NBCs. In the Schieder case in 1964 it uses NBC as a subset of “native” following the precedent of the Wong case. It also says in the 1964 case that Congress has no authority to expand or restrict the rights of any class of citizen, but that is what they did on Jan 8, 2009, when then accorded the rights of a NBC to a native citizen (assuming O was born in Hawaii). Therefore that act is unconstitutional and he is ineligible. That this conclusion is SCOTUS supported. Whereas the contrary thesis, has no SCOTUS support.

    Wouldn’t it be funny if the public abandoned both parties and they received no votes or funds in the next elections? I hope one of the smaller parties takes DNC to court for falsifying documents and signing state documents stating their candidate was eligible when they were not. Surely one political party has standing to bring suit against another.

    Good letter, Alexander. But remember, we must not use the word “impeach”, as it implies Obama is in office LEGALLY. As a usurper, Obama is not eligible to be impeached. Instead, we should use the word “arrest”. Thanks for creating this letter that we can use.

    why do you bother contacting Repubblican politicians in the first place ?
    They are part of the institutions, why should they fight alongside you for a major political upheaval. They had their turns in office, and they will have them again. Stop contacting the military as well: 40 % of the forces are African American and supportive of Soter. Who then ?
    AIPAC, Ron Paul, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann, Farah, Reuven Koret, Sammy Korir, Jerome Corsi. Put all these together and you have a representation of at least 29% of the citizenry. More I doubt you will achieve but it is an encouraging starting point.

    one last thing. The battle has just begun, if we will conduct a decent and somber judicial action there is NO WAY Setteor will get reelected in 2020. The cynics will say this is so because both his terms have expired. Not so. It will be so becuse WE THE PEOPLE have stopped the attempt to give the usurper unlimited terms. I would consider this ALLREADY a huge success.

    Since both parties abandoned not only WE THE PEOPLE, but the Constitution, the oaths of their offices etc. Why should we contribute in any way financially, materially or by volunteering? How much work would they actually have to do to check on this birth certificate issue-not a lot and it is always better to err on the side of caution. If both of these parties fell off a cliff would the country miss them? The have rendered themselves totally useless. Now would be a very good time for new parties which represent what most Americans really are moderates. These extreme wings of both parties 1 per cent at most are really an abomination. They do not care about WE THE PEOPLE or our country only themselves. I’m a Democrat in suffrage totally opposed to this wacked out wing of the party.

    The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 30% of the nation’s voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-eight percent (38%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of –8. The President’s Approval Index rating has fallen six points since release of a disappointing jobs report last week (see trends).
    Lies have a way of coming home to roost.

    To all frustrated patriots-
    At next election time all readers remind us of which government “lackeys” refused to do their jobs no matter what their capacity. We will help vote them out of office. Treating their constituents in a condescending fashion, the people who pay their salaries is beyond disgusting. Maybe one of the slogans in the future can be “When the Constitution needed defending where were you”? Dr. Orly’s blog is in the top 5 per cent in the world, let us hope she gets to be #1, she is with us. We can notify the world how incompetent our government officials really are -they are also thieves, on the government dole because they accept a paycheck but don’t do the work that is required. That’s a scary thought when you think about it. Bet our enemies are really afraid of us.
