Fight The Smears Disappears
 

Barack Obama is now hiding his short form Certification of Live Birth.  It appears that Obama has taken down his “Fight the Smears” website.

As the public groundswell surrounding Obama’s birth certificate grows, Obama has removed his phony Certification of Live Birth from the Internet.

But guess what?  Obama’s published lies are in the cache.  I learned a long time ago that anything Obama sensitive has to be cached, because Obama and the Obots will take it down.

What I never noticed before, is the damning statement in the window in the left column, under the legend, “Share the Facts Copy the text below and paste it into your email.”  It is also in the banner at the top of the page.

The statement reads (cursor down), “The fact is Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.”

A “native born citizen” is not the same as a “natural born citizen.” A “native born citizen” is any person born in the mainland US. Anchor babies are “native born citizens.”

A “natural born citizen” must be born in the mainland US and must have TWO US citizen parents.  Obama knows he had only one US parent.  The man knows he is occupying the Oval Office in violation of the requirements of the US Constitution and applicable Supreme Court caselaw.

By the way, this page, at the bottom, also contains Obama’s admission that he was, “at birth,” a citizen of Kenya and a British subject

    After I read this I remember something from a long time ago. I have been following this since I first became aware of it. Phil Berg Aug. 08-I could not vote for Obama since I don’t think any citizen should have 1 trillionth of a doubt re: eligibility that and growing up in DuPage county, Illinois. Everyone there knows that Cook County is the cesspool of corruption (most normal people would be ashamed), but I digress re: “fight the smears” one of the people writing back regarding this issue kept saying but it is in plain sight-now I understand what he was talking about. More semantic games.

    I know this sounds stupid and naieve, but WHY can’t the military ARREST him? We are in a similar situation much like Honduras!!!!!

    live oak, it’s not a stupid question at all. I’ve wondered the same thing. In fact, I’m beginning to believe the military is our only hope of getting that jackass out of there!

    Live Oak,

    I believe the military can arrest him, also any cop or federal law enforcement or even civilian by civilian’s arrest where that prevalis, because he is not only a criminal in Federal Law, but a criminal in state law too.

    We need a hero to do this, who is willing to be arrested thereafter for his “crime” and when it goes to trial, Obama will be toast…

    McCain was born in Panama – not the USA – but because both parents are Americans by birth, McCain is a natural born American.

    Obama is not, and will never be unless the Constitution is amended again, God forbid

    Obama renounced his birth citizenship which he conceals. Whatever it was he renounced it to swear allegiance to the country of Indonesia where CNN documents he lived with his mother and adoptive step father, Lolo Soetoro. He lived there and for many years here in the USA under the alias identity of Barry Soetoro.

    1. natural born Citizen? No. His father was always a foreign citizen.

    2. native born citizen? That’s his assertion but he’s never presented bona fide identity documents to prove it. (One US citizen parent, one foreign parent, and baby bor on US Soil.)

    3. foreign born US citizen? Impossible. His mother was under age and not able to convey American citizenship outside of US borders at the time of his birth. Again his father was always a foreigner. (Of note: John McCain is a foreign born US citizen and not eligible to be POTUS.)

    4. naturalized citizen? No public documentation exists proving he became a US citizen after swearing allegiance to Indonesia.

    A “natural born Citizen” has no possible natural born allegiance to any foreign country and 100% natural born allegiance to the USA.

    In Honduras I believe their parliament (congress) prosecuted him (Zelaya) for serious misdeeds and their supreme court upheld the conviction before the military set out arrest him.

    In Iran…isn’t everything controlled by the religious leaders…politically, as well? In the USA, We the People are supposed to be the ruler, right? We are not to have a specific church control the state, and the state is not to control churches (lawful ones, that is).

    I find it interesting that Obama suggested that the Pope is a head of state…

    Upon leaving, Obama again thanked the pope. “We look forward to a very strong relationship between our two countries,” he said.

    What?

    I have visited the Fact Check website and they have posted a different COLB than what they have had up for so long. It says it was last updated November 1, 2008 but this COLB is not the one that has been on there. This one has a Certificate number (highly visible), A seal and stamp. They have posted 9 different pictures of it. I downloaded them and when opened as a word doc.in Word Pad it does not have the telltale ADOBE anywhere in the text!

    What gives? This with Fight the Smears being scrubbed? Very, very fishy!
