Your help is needed

I submitted pleadings in MS and currently working on pleadings to be submitted in MD and CA. I’ve done research on Westlaw and can’t find any precedents on the following and wonder if any of you have them:
1. a case where governmental agency flagrantly lied to the judge claiming not to have records that they have
2. cases where a governmental agency refused to provide copies of actual paper records, but only provided doctored, fabricated computer file
3. a case where the judge actually visited the agency to review the record, which is being withheld
SSA already admitted that they have Bounel’s record and did not release it due to privacy. Due to the new 120 year rule they have to release it, but now they claim not to have it. I was wondering if there are precedents like these.
Social Security, also, refused to search the paper records, as requested, and as they were obligated, but looked into falsified digital record. I need them to search the actual paper record for the Social Security number 042-68-4425, which Obama is using, which was not assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS and which was assigned to Bounel. I suspect that some employee, possibly the former actuary Harry Ballantyne, falsified the computer file, but they can’t falsify the actual paper record. Instead of going to the library, I just paid nearly $5,000 for the personal west- law subscription, so I can spend more time at home doing research, but so far I did not see precedents of such criminality. Maybe those precedents were scrubbed as many other things are being scrubbed

Consider looking into Election Law cases and challenges to voting boxes. Could be some precedents there with Judges looking at the election documents.

Dr.Orly,
Does the paper work for 042-068-4424 and 042-068-4426 exists, one number before and one number after Bounels? Are they available under the 120 yr rule? It would seem strange that they would exist while Bounels are not.

It may help to look for such precedents in the context of particular conflicts, for example, like the grievance against the federal government over the negative health consequences suffered by those who lived downwind from the atomic tests in Nevada in the 1950s.

Social security numbers are NOT recycle. I left Canada more than 20 years AG. My Canadian SSN is still mine.
This is a big scam to “sale” SSN of dead people.
Mr. Bounel had relatives? I still think that if you file a tax report with a stolen SSN you will end with the same end game that Al Capone and his accomplices.

There are ample cases, you need to look at LEXIS/NEXIS not just restrict your research to WEST LAW.
REMINDER FEDERAL law takes precedent over STATE/LOCAL cases. FEDERAL cases take higher weight since FEDERAL LAW overides any STATE/LOCAL LAWs.
Holds true in any state within United States. There are always exceptions.
