Your help is needed: Here is an article and excerpt from the register, where the fed. government admits to lying on FOIA requests, telling that they do not have records, when they have them. I need to find any precedents where a judge actually went to the agency and pulled the record that they are hiding or judge sent a sheriff or issued a warrant for search and seizure of the document that is being hidden and not released under FOIA . So far I can’t find a precedent of a judge actually doing something.

    Usually the federal government will lie about any FOIA request by simply responding to the requestor that the document they are seeking did not originate with their department. Whenever there is an investigation into any matter it gets passed around between a hundred federal agencies and whenever someone corresponds with an agency with a FOIA, that agency uses this BS excuse. Likely most of the time the document one is seeking is in a file cabinet across the hall but since it is technically in a different federal department they just say they have no record of such document. This is how they legally lie.

    All this really points to is the fact that situations involve people who have their own persuasions and agendas. This applies to Obama and the existing bureaucracy downwards. History is replete with such happenings in a society of people. My most vivid and recent before Obama in the USA was Hitler and the Nazi hoodlums. There are many people who share the shame of Obama being POTUSA and they must not be ignored for cause and punishment.
