Midnight vote in the House overrides a piece of garbage sent by the Senate.

House voted 231-192 to delay Obamacare by a year, 248-174 to strip the tax on medical devices and voted unanimously to pay the salaries to the military during the shutdown. If Reid and Obama want to shutdown the government because of their bloated ego- go ahead! Dems will pay for it  in  2014!  The longer the government is shut down, more people will see how much waste is in the government.

    Wow! Has this been confirmed by Reuters? CNN? MSNBC? Trump? Boehner? Little Orphan Annie? The Whiz? Pelosi?–LOLOL!

    Okay…this sounds very good! But why didn’t they make it (2) years? or defund it all together?

    Hmmm…slowly, but surely, I see a crack in the dam!!!

    Justice Roberts ruled Obama Care to be a “TAX” ….and that is because the Senate originated the Obama Care Tax in the Senate, and the Senate is not Constitutionally Authorized to LEVY TAXES, They Are Prohibited from Levying Taxes and have NO AUTHORITY TO DO SO,,,,
    And though the Republicans have filed a bill to BLOCK and Defund Obama Care, the Senate is again, trying to illegally and Unconstitutionally LEVY THE TAX IN THE SENATE AGAIN… Obama Care is NULL AND VOID BECAUSE THE SENATE LEVIED A TAX THAT IT IS NOT CONSTITUTIONALLY AUTHORIZED TO LEVY….
    Justice Roberts has been waiting for Americans to wake up to this fact and act on it…

    And furthermore, any Senator that voted to Levy the Obama Care Tax in the Senate is guilty of a Massive Conspiracy to Defraud Taxpayers, and they have orchestrated a Massive HOAX on the American People.
    …And this is High Treason trying to pull it off, when they know it is illegal and Unconstitutional to levy taxes in the Senate.
    The Senate is guilty of massive fraud, of actually Levying a TAX in the Senate that they are not Constitutionally Authorized to Levy…
    Time to arrest the Obama Care Conspirators, who actually Conspired and did levy a tax in the Senate.

    BRAVO!

    Obamacare is in fact unconstitutional because it originated in the Senate (as a Harry Reid amendment to House appropriations bill that had nothing to do with healthcare) rather in the House.

    I find it very difficult to comprehend that there are no Republicans in the House that cannot/will not stand up and make a statement on this usurpation of Constitutional authority.
