   DC Knows Obama Ineligible

   J. B. Williams says members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born” citizen of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.

   What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

   The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing, and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.

   Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.

   Michelle Obama stated that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador of Kenya has confirmed the same. His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya.”

   The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born” citizen means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born” citizen is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens. The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee even passed a resolution based on testimony that a “natural born” citizen is one born to two American citizen parents — Obama signed the resolution.

   Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she deleted the eligibility language from Obama’s certification as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.

   The US Congress knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not constitutionally qualified for the office he holds. Although the congress passed a resolution proclaiming Senator John McCain a “natural born citizen” as the son of two US citizens, no such congressional resolution exists for Barack Hussein Obama.

   The press knows that Obama is not a “natural born citizen,” having written on several occasions about the “Kenyan born” senator from Chicago. A number of citizens have already been arrested and jailed for asking these questions.

   Over four-hundred law suits have been filed across the country asking the courts to force Obama to become the “transparent president” he promised to be, and all four-hundred are being dismissed before discovery, all on the basis that “no citizen has proper legal standing” to ask who and what their president really is…

   Over a half-million citizens have now signed a petition demanding to see Obama’s birth records.

   Numerous members of the US Military have refused deployment orders from Obama, on the basis that he refuses to evidence his constitutional qualifications to issue such orders. In most cases, the soldiers have simply been reassigned, so as to avoid any disciplinary action that could end in “defense discovery” which might finally force Obama to open up his files once and for all.

   Now an eighteen year veteran flight surgeon and active Lt. Colonel faces court martial as he makes his demands for proof that Obama is constitutionally eligible to issue orders as Commander-in-Chief.

   How in the hell did we get an overtly anti-American resident of the people’s White House without so much as a simple birth certificate to prove who this person really is?

   And why won’t a single elected representative of the people engage in the effort to force an answer to this question?

   The answers to these and many more questions are likely very simple and equally chilling…

   DC knows what most Americans have yet to figure out…

   Obama is NOT a natural born citizen no matter where he might have been born. Obama’s birth father was at no time an American citizen and on this basis alone, Obama cannot be a constitutionally qualified resident of the White House.

   They know something else that the American people have yet to figure out…

   The US Constitution no longer stands as the governing law of this land.

   Obama’s many unconstitutional policies, Czars, executive orders and statements provide the proof, and the fact that nobody in DC cares whether or not Obama is constitutionally qualified to be president of the United States should send a shiver down the spine of every red blooded American citizen, no matter their partisan agendas.

   The people willing to ask the tough questions are deemed crackpots and conspiracy theorists, racists or bigots. But those tough questions should be obvious questions to all Americans and every president should have to answer those questions, no matter race, creed, color or party affiliation.

   I fear that those questions will only be answered at the tip of pitch forks and torches one day. Sooner or later, the people will run out of patience with a system built to exclude them. When that day comes, I fear what methods will be employed and whether or not there will be a country left to save by then.

   But sooner or later, one way or another, Obama will have to answer those questions. One day, the world will know who and what this man is and there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history.

   Update:

   .. Timothy Baldwin says that in a recent article written by JB Williams entitled, “DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office,” Williams highlights some facts signaling that the federal government, the main-stream media and those closely related to both know that Barak Obama is ineligible to be the President of the United States of America under the U.S. Constitution.

   Williams cites these facts in support of his assertion:

   • Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Party did not certify that Obama qualified to run as a candidate for President of the U.S., but only that Obama was the Democratic Party candidate;

   • the news media previously and numerously referred to Obama as “Kenya-born” before he ran for President.

   Afterwards, “Kenya-born” was dropped;

   • Obama has spent over 2 million dollars in hiding what they say exists (his birth certificate) and supposedly have in hand;

   • the Justice Department is doing everything they possibly can to keep Americans from pursing Obama’s eligibility in court;

   • federal judges have dismissed over 400 hundred court cases on Obama’s eligibility, ruling that these citizens do not have standing to know who is acting as President of the U.S.;

   • Michelle Obama has described Barak’s home as being the country of Kenya;

   Williams is not alone, of course, in the conclusion that Obama is an illegitimate president and that his illegitimacy is being covered up by Congress, the federal courts, those in the Republican and Democratic national parties and others. Ever since Obama campaigned for U.S. President, millions in America have raised his eligibility as a fundamental concern for the integrity of the U.S. Constitution and rule of law, all to no avail.

   It is not only “average Joe” who believes Obama is illegitimate, but state governments are expressing the same notion. The state of Arizona has recently passed a law, expected to be signed by the governor, which declares that Barak Obama, and other candidates, must prove his U.S. citizenship before being permitted to be on the ballot in 2012. Many states are expected to follow Arizona’s lead of resistance to unlawful federal actions, just as so many states are doing lately on many different fronts (thankfully!).

   Given these serious insinuations believed by many millions of Americans concerning Obama’s illegitimacy and concerning its cover up, that more serious deductions and conclusions are not being raised — at least publicly — surprises me.

   Consider what is really implied about Obama’s ineligibility and the cover up by those in the federal government, the main-stream media and the two major political parties. The cut-to-the-chase conclusion underlying this whole ordeal is that the United States government is completely and utterly illegitimate and reeks of bad faith and intent. Any other conclusion is very difficult to believe, using logic and reason.

   The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?

   Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds and everyone in a position to know – already know.

   What they don’t know is how much longer they can keep it all a secret, or what will happen next.

   Colonel, it’s the “Good Ship Lollipop”, the new and improved PIRATE SHIP lying cheating and stealing its way to paradise where dissenters shall be offered the political, economic, occupational ‘plank’.

   Really, I talk to lots of people and very few will do other than fussing about the new pirate government…I know scores of good people who bathe in denial and the pirates love it. Christians, (I’m one), are running scared and the pirates know and love that too. They use insane ‘love logic’ and ‘legal logic’ to embrace “freedom of religion(s)”.

   The new pirates work in wolf packs. We empty our brains on this blog and spill our psychies–not what we wish for. In court, the liars, cheats and thieves stack the deck: Them to be WINNERS!!! and US to be losers, total losers.

   Colonel, the people are to blame. This would never be happening when you and I were kids. The uncountable senior authorities of our time would have done whatever it took to stop it.

   Why don’t people refuse to keep giving money to these people through taxation?

   It seems to me it’s going to take a massive revolution of monies withheld.

   No filings in April!

   How can we truly fight and conquer that which we feed and fund ourselves.

   We simply are not going to win this way.

   Businesses must find alternate ways of doing business and not using US currency. We need to use currency that more and more will deem valid currency? If we don’t our next currency may be the yen.

   The borrower is servant to the lender. Unless we stop feeding the Leviathan we will all be in the rice fields paying off our debt (albeit created on our behalf)and the Chinese will have every right to “own” our person. Of course at this point there is no return to the former life we were used to because all that infrastructure will be gone.

   All we heave left right now are the courts but once we have more lib judges that be over as well.

   The elections? They might already be fixed. Once Obama is declared the winner elections will be over as we have known them. Gun confiscation will begin, conservative talk radio be over, and censorship of the internet will return with teeth. I can see a group assigned to limit and isolate communication. Think of how incapacitated we’ll become with limited communication. Noone would know whats happening in DC or any other state. The media certainly is not going to tell us.

   Then Obamacare… need I say more.

   Fight or flight!

   The military abandoned LtC Lakin and many others. Top brass are buttkissing sissified SOB’s who are just climbing the career ladder. They love their medals all over their chest that keep their little egos so pumped up. Like so many in positions of power, they are beyond corrupt “YES” men, carerrists who are good little whores. They couldn’t give a rat’s ass about Obama’s ineligibility, their oath to defend the US Constitution, or LtC Lakin’s destroyed military career. General Petraeus really has now earned his nickname, “General BETRAY US”. He’s one of THEM, but as an ex-military man and NCO, I knew that all along. If he really were a military man, he would have used his clout to assist LtC Lakin like Army General, Vallely, and Air Force General, McInerney, did. Everybody else was MIA!!! Servicemen from every branch should have been outraged at the decision against Lakin, but you hardly heard a peep out of any of them. Their oath of allegiance to the US Constitution was just a means to a paycheck.

    Without directly asking them I have no way of knowing and not being active duty but rather in the Reserves I never see them. So, my opinion is just that, an opinion. However, if I know there is a problem with Obama and I have known for over 3 years (about the time I first spoke with Orly) they very likely know as well. This is especially true given the visibility of LtCol Lakin so it seems almost impossible that the Army Chief of Staff does NOT know Obama is a fraud and USURPER,if he knows the all know.

    In defense of the Army Chief of staff and all the other Chiefs it is also reasonable to consider their lack of action in supporting the Constitution and supporting LtCol Lakin could possibly be secondary to fear of large scale desertion should he truth be known. This is why I stated that the reasons leadership contributes to the conspiracy of silence and Obama the USUPER is allowed to remain are many and unique to the individual.

    Having said that, what the Army Chief of Staff and other Chiefs may not realize and was the intent behind my comment is that their inaction, although it may be based on a true concern for the integrity of our fighting forces, can ALSO be reasonably construed as “corruption” given the multi billion dollar contracts that are awarded each year to military contractors. By failing in their Oath to defend the Constitution they have brought this upon themselves.

    This is fact: Obama could not have done this by himself. Whoever is responsible for putting Obama in a position where he had the opportunity to USURP the power of the Presidency has created a colossal mess and forced the compromise of Principle for percieved “greater good” in many Military Officers and opened the door for questions of absolute corruption.

    The General that could have reversed LtC lakin’s ruling, Karl Horst, after denying Lakin’s appeal, was promptly awarded by Obama a miltary promotion. Apparently, his promotion and committing TREASON to achieve it meant a whole lot more to him than his oath to defend the US Constitution.

    I’ve been oblivious to political issues, trusting
    our top people would always protect us and be true, until I too heard Orly hollering.
    This is all so astonishing!
    I understand now how the situation must be like in our ranks and their struggles,
    what all those patriots must be going through!

    In my opinion, your last paragraph answered it
    all- those responsible for PUTTING him in but
    even more dire- Obama and his separate agendas.
    Massive public awareness will I think be key to
    rooting him and all his cohorts out, the tide’s turning now.

    The military in this country is absolutely useless. They worship the MILITARY, the FLAG OF WHAT??? – the MYTH of LIBERTY???, and NOT THE CONSTITUTION. Effective opposition will come from the States, if anywhere. Virginia just set a fine example of nullification for the rest of the States in this Union to follow immediately.     Every single GOP & Democrat US Senator and Congressman who voted for NDAA legislation, the American equivalent of Hitler’s Enabling Act, should be opposed in 2012 if they are up for re-election. As Sher Zieve has proposed, we may very well have Marxist agents/plants within the GOP giving Obama free reign. How else can one explain this incredibly un-Constitutional, insane vote??? How could it pass a GOP-majority House and win in the Senate with a Super-Majority of 87-13??? The TREASON in this country is ubiquitous, and it must be rooted out for us to survive.

    The comments given above are some of the most incisive I have seen on any blog. For me the entire charade by all involved, i.e. judges all the way to the SC, all elected officials all the way to Congress, the military all the way to the top, all of Obama’s enablers all the way to the nations and bankers in Europe and even the people and governments in Europe have been involved in destroying or diminishing the exceptional government and power of the USA. What is going on is far beyond any eligibility or law breaking. It is like a can of worms where you pull out one worm but there are many worms squirming in the can. The holder of the can gets to decide the use of the worms. My own thoughts are that the holder of the can is with the Rothschild banking family in Europe. This family of bankers have over the centuries fomented and paid for wars. The family gave Soros seed money and contributed to the start up of the Rockefeller dynasty.They were also participants in communising Russia and people in the USA seem to be politically anesthetized as to Chicago communist influence.
