Seditious conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 2384) is a crime under United States law. It is stated as follows:
“ If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
Video footage showing Obama using last name Soetoro and citizenship Indonesian that corrupt and treasonous judges chose to cover up. This video was provided as an exhibit to Judge Malihi in GA, Judge Reed in IN, Judges Luecebrink, Marginis, Carter and England in CA.

    The Constitution DOES not allow it to be done at the Executive level, only corrupt politicians, media etc ALLOW it to happen.

    It is a pity that has been ignored, as it is pretty obvious that he used the name BARRY SOETORO as an Indonesian citizen.

    As for his religion, either Obama/Soetoro is lying that he is a “Christian,” or Mr and Mrs Soetoro lied that he followed Islam.

    It was a Catholic school, so it is obvious that ISLAM was meant to distinguish him from any Catholics or evangelicals at the school.

    His childhood friend says on the video, that he NEVER HEARD OF “OBAMA.”

    So WHO IS IN OUR WHITE HOUSE?

    Are we in a Constitutional Crisis?

    One ponders what the ramifications will be once (as it seems increasingly likely) he is found to be INELIGIBLE or ILLEGAL or USURPATIVE?

    One attempts to look into the crystal ball to divine the ensuing changes for America, and one is held spellbound in fascination.
