HAVE YOU AND THE OTHER GEORGIA ATTORNEYS CONSIDERED AND IMMEDIATE APPEAL TO THE GEORGIA SUPERIOR OR SUPREME COURT….BEFORE KEMP’S RULING? I WOULD DO THAT AND INCLUDE THAT JUDGE MAHIL WAS DERELICT OF DUTY AND INCOMPETENT.
DID I HEAR RIGHT? IN THE MIDST OF A WITNESS TESTIMONY THE JUDGE INTERRUPTS AND SAYS THAT EVIDENCE OF INDONESIAN CITIZENSHIP WAS “IRRELEVANT”? DOES THE JUDGE GET THE POWER OF BEHAVING LIKE THE DEFENDANT’S ATTORNEY TOO?
THIS ALSO SEEMS LIKE A GOOD POINT OF APPEAL.

these are good points
I believe, we have to wait till Kemp decides, since Malihi’s decision is only advisory, not binding. It is not even a decision, it is an advise. Let’s hope Kemp is not for sale. We’ll see soon enough. He will have to decide tomorrow or day after tomorrow
