   Now that Chaffetz and Gowdy have proven there is a criminal time line of obstruction, Comey should be called to testify before Congress while under oath as to who in the Obama administration has ordered him not to recommend Hillary’s indictment. Could make a bomb shell October suprise.

   Perhaps since any court process will take months to get started the Congress and Senate should
   start Impeachment Proceedings

   She broke federal laws no doubt about that

   Once impeached she can no longer hold ANY office.

   That can be done before the election.

   Clinton & Clinton. Default crimes OK by FBI.

   Section 3.

   No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

   To rebel against the Constitution? Do you think she has done this? I do. No need to impeach folks, she is already unqualified to serve, via her disloyalty to her oath.

   This also applies to all those who protect and give her a free pass who likewise took oaths.

   Congress has proven to be useless over the last almost 8 years, they are not likely to change now.

   Every member of Congress has broken their sworn oath to protect the Constitution by doing nothing to stop Obama’s usurpation, and covering for the imposter for almost 8 years. To Congress, both parties, the destruction of America seems to be a small price to pay for staying out of prison, or worse, for the treason they committed by giving America’s government and her military to the enemy.

   That is why they do nothing and fear a Trump Department of Justice.
