Will change in oil importation paradigm mean a breather for the U.S.?

https://www.infowars.com/the-real-reason-for-saudi-arabias-shift-away-from-u-s/

We are seeing a spike in oil demands by China and reduction in oil imports. Main reason for the new oil importation paradigm is, of course, the Ponzi scheme of WTO-GATT, which lead to de-industrialization of the U.S. and industrialization of  China. While private oil exploration and recovery in North Dakota and Montana added to this shift, it was a minor factor.

A bigger question is, who should and who will  babysit Saudi oil now? Saudi Arabia is a small monarchy. Moslem Brotherhood on the inside and  more poor and militarized  countries on the outside eye its’ riches. Saudi Arabia needs protection of a large military machine. U.S. is being financially strapped might not be able to act as a World policeman anymore and, after 12 years of non-stop wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, there is no appetite in the populace.

China, on the other hand, became financially much more stable and considering that it is a Communist dictatorship, the mood in the populace does not count in foreign policy calculations of the Chinese leaders. They have an estimated 5 million political prisoners in Chinese GULAG, the communist party bosses will have no qualms in putting another million in those camps just to keep the populace quiet.

If  China assumes the role of the World policeman, a number of geo-political shifts might happen, however  a most important shift might be a breather for the U.S., ability to concentrate in oil and gas explorations in other regions, such as Monterey and San Bernardino shale, job creation,   paying off the debt  and replenishing unfunded obligations. At this point U.S. can’t be of help to Saudi Arabia, as it is bankrupt and barely keeps its’ head above water. what do you think?

Wikileaks documents revealed that Hillary had told our ambassadors to steal the credit card information from other countries’ ambassadors. I don’t want people like this representing me to the world.
