Not long ago I was in the 9th Circuit court of Appeals, where a woman was fighting criminal charges for aiding and abetting an illegal alien to cross the border.

We have our Director of Homeland Security releasing 2,000 criminals and planning to release 3,000 more https://news.yahoo.com/documents-us-released-more-2-000-immigrants-204207021.html and our good for nothing 435 US Representatives and 100 Senators are just sitting there and talking instead of filling articles of impeachment against Napolitano and everybody else involved.

Where are the sheriffs, DAs, AGs, US Attorneys, why are they not bringing criminal charges against Napolitano?

Do we have any laws or law enforcement left in this country? When people running the country are the biggest criminals, what is there left for us  to do?

    We can tell the truth; truth ultimately wins out. Liars are discredited and shown the door. That’s our only saving grace. Just one lie brings discredence forever on to the liar. Ask Clinton about that. A chronic liar. No liar need apply at the Heavenly Gates.

    Obviously she does not take seriously her oath to protect the Constitution. In fact, she may DESPISE it, if her boss’ attitude is any indication. Could she be doing her best to destroy it? Possible?

    I always thought that a criminal that is in jail, in order to be freed, a judge had to intervene in the matter, by deciding that the arrest was illegal, or posting a bail in order to be freed. The fact that a jailer took it upon himself, or with the approval and complicity of Secretary Napolitano to free these thousands of criminals without a judicial review, seems like a complete disregard to the rule of law by ICE and the DHS. If these are not impeachable offenses, then we have entered a new era in American jurisprudence.

    I work with ICE. I asked the question about release to ICE Agents about release of illegales. ICE Agents go out and arrest or put a hold on illegales that have done state/federal time in prison. While in a Hold status they have not seen a Judge yet and therefore untill they do they can be released without a Judge knowing. Simple: if not ordered into Custody by a Judge then it does not take a Judge to order release. A BIG Loophole…

    From what I have heard, most of these releases are taking place in AZ. Clearly retaliation against Arpaio and the citizens of AZ for SB1070

    and she just let on like the sky would fall with the serqurestor coming.and no orders to let them loose back out and yet they was waiting to be deported.she ran this scam with serqurestor as Obama did.wolf talk.

    the house,seantors,congress person,media need to get off there ass’s and take back our Constitution,our Goverment,Our White House and Our PRESIDENCY.

    where does this stop.no ones holds any one accountable.I hold them all. when did fear set in and closed mouths and blind eye take over.

    My PA congressman and senator responded to me that they accept Hawaii’s statement that they have his birth certificate as proof that he is legit. There is no hope of help from them. They will be held accountable when the truth is known by all.

    No charges are being filed for a reason that lady was ordered to release them and the judges will lose their jobs if Obama gets impeached and the judges know that any one appointed will have to be replaced under the code of the law due to illegitimacy hey I saw a report that homeland security bought seven thousand full autos now they are releasing thousands of prisoners it seems to me that security force Obama was talking about just got out the slammer ruthless prisoners granted freedom in exchange for loyalty makes for great workers they could sweep the united states in one day and take out key political opposition charges need to be filed immediately on the judicial

    Judge Napolitano, no relation to Janet, explained in Fox News, that if the president in order to make us feel the pain and gain political points with the Sequester, let criminal free, does not guard the flux of illegal immigrants, guts the military without the economic necessity of doing so, that these are indeed impeachable offenses. Let see if Boehner has the ball to present an act of impeachment against the Usurper-in-Chief, I doubt it.
