Why is Michael Shrimpton stating that he was denied US visa if US visas are not required for the British citizens
Posted on | June 6, 2014 | 10 Comments
- I received a request to join Chris Strunk and Bill Van Allen in a motion to be filed due to alleged refusal of the US government to grant visa to British barrister Michael Shrimpton to come and testify in court in Obama case. Shrimpton claims that he cannot come due to the fact that he was denied US visa. I requested to see a letter which stated that he was denied the US visa, I never got it, however here is a list of countries, where US does not require visas. So, why would Mr. Shrimpton, who is a barrister (a form of attorney) even apply for a visa, if it is not required?
- Even if he were to come, I doubt his testimony would be helpful, as all he claims, is that he talked to some CIA agents who generally asked him about doing a DNA test for Obama and he believes that this CIA agent did the test and found that Obama is not genetically related to either of his paternal or maternal families. I do not know whether this is true. It may be true or not true, however Mr. Shrimpton never provided any specific information, no DNA test results, not the name of the agent, who did the test. We are trying to have the issue of Obama’s bogus IDs heard on the merits, but we need reliable admissible evidence.
- e-mail from Mr. Van Allen is below, list of 38 countries that do not require visas is listed bellow.
- This is NOTICE OF INTENT to jointly file along with Christopher Earl Strunk SRL a new federal district court case with an Order to Show Cause in US District Court for the District of Columbia District as early as next Tuesday June 10 2014.In the matter of US Department of State refusing to grant a visa to Michael Shrimpton – British Barrister — to travel to the United States for the purpose of appearing as an expert witness in NYSUCS Kings Civil Supreme (Strunk v Paterson and related state cases).
- Regarding British and international immigration law adjudication including immigration court use of DNA evidence to establish citizenship familiar relationship and specifically related to the legal probability and the current and intense federal and state constitutional controversies involving DOS, DOD and DVA and regarding the constitutional vetting of current CINC/POTUS./s/Harold William (Bill) Van Allen

Isn’t Michael Shrimpton still on trial in London? If so, maybe he had to turn in his passport and/or he is under orders not to travel or leave the country.
The criminal charges brought by the British government against Shrimpton under Section 51(2) of the Criminal Law Act 1977 accuse him of falsely notifying the British government to prepare for a terrorist nuclear attack on the 2012 Olympics in London that the British government claims had no basis in reality.
From your link – In order to travel without a visa on the VWP, you must have authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to boarding a U.S. bound air or sea carrier.
Perhaps Shrimpton does not have authorization.

Interesting point about the DNA test, I was not aware of that, but that brings up an observation: Barry Soetoro, as far as I know, still has his barber from Chicago fly in to give him a haircut every 2 weeks, and I’ve hypothesized that he’s a drug mule, just my opinion mind you, because are you kidding me? Fly in ONE barber 26 times a year for a trim? If he’s coming from Chicago, could he not be bringing a “package” from Dead Fish?
And, what happens to the hair trimmings, now that the subject of DNA has come up. Does the barber sweep them up and take them back to Chicago with him? Drug use can be detected from hair correct?
Barry Soetoro has openly admitted to using coke and weed, but when did he state that he stopped? Just my opinion but since he never stated on the record that he quit using, well, use your own judgment. And try and figure out why he only weighs 165 pounds but his diet consists mainly of cheeseburgers and beer from his brewery in the basement. I have a theory about that brewery too: It’s being used to mask other odors, for instance covering up the smell of a bong. Inquiring minds would just be told, “That smell? Just some hops cooking”.
And about those 1,000 rides on Air Force One: My theory is it’s a safe place for drug use. No one going to unexpectedly walk in on ya.

Any testimony he could provide would be hearsay, so no court would accept it.
But Sandy has it correct. He goes on trial in November for the false terror alert.

He’s a rebuttal witness for plaintiff.
Plaintiff: CIA tested a sample of Obama’s DNA and has a report produced after testing the sample.
CIA: We don’t have no stink’n sample or report and you can’t prove it.
Witness for the Rebuttal: CIA Agent f.name l.name told me the CIA has the report and keeps it locked up in the super, double secret vault underneath Eric Holder’s house.
Judge: I order Eric Holder’s house to be torn down to the foundation and this super, double secret vault be dug up and opened.

The answer is quite straightforward, as Orly would have found out with respect, had she asked.
The ESTA program is controlled by Homeland Security. I used to enter the US on a 10-year multiple entry visa, and had ESTA pretty much from the time it was introduced.
Homeland Security however yanked my ESTA authorization, hence the visa application. For the record my passport was illegally seized on Cabinet Office orders in 2012 but restored on the orders of a High Court judge.
I have a valid UK passport.
The refusal was under 214, not 212. The Embassy said they could not be sure I would return before the expiry of my leave, but as they well knew I held a confirmed reservation in Business Elite class on Delta for Saturday June 21st, shortly after the trial in New York. I had lined up a tv interview re my book Spyhunter, and some business meetings.

please, release this letter from the State Department denying you visa. People will be able to contact the State Dep and urge them to give you the visa. However, so far we do not have such letter and US does not even require visas for the UK citizens

Orly, see above in your original post:

See Michael Shrimpton’s comment: Homeland Security however yanked my ESTA authorization, hence the visa application.
THEREFORE, IF A PERSON DOESN’T HAVE ESTA AUTHORIZATION, THEY HAVE TO HAVE A VISA.

so, where is this letter from the Homeland Security stating that this ESTA authorization was withdrawn and what reason was given?
