What scheduled hearing in CA?
Will you be able to bring witnesses to that hearing?

I’m a little confused over what the status of the IN case is.
I thought that the judge ordered you to write the order for denial of the injunction.
I thought that the next step is for her to rule on the motion to dismiss. It doesn’t sound like she has allowed you to proceed very far yet.
Can you explain what the current status of this case is and when the next hearing is?
Thanks
