   Impeachment will do nothing to rectify the crimes and violations committed by this illegitimate fraud. Nor will it prevent all those who enabled this travesty (and we know them all, if not by name, by their office) from merely replacing one fraud with another.

   obama should be prosecuted for the usurpation of office by a foreign infiltrator and suffer the ultimate penalty.

   Of course this could only happen after the purging of every federal elected and appointed official, as there is not a single one who has not aided in this highest of crimes.

   Only the ignorant, liars, or cowards, will refer to obama as president.

   we had ready articles of impeachment for several years now. Congress will wait to see the results of November election, to see if they take the Senate and will wait for the number o Americans seeking impeachment to go up from 36% to 51%. They will not move with impeachment until majority of Americans want it. They need to convince another 15% of the population.

   I’ll send out a letter to my congressman Cathy McMorris Rodgers on Monday that I am in favor of Impeachment. If I want to see it get done then I had better speak out today. All persons working in the Government must swear and oath to the constitution and sign an affidavit to that effect within 60 days of taking that office. The official law below includes penalties if they violate their oaths.

   Title 5 U.S.C. 3333:
   “…an individual who accepts office or employment in the Government of the United states…shall execute an affidavit within 60 days after accepting the office or employment that his acceptance and holding of the office or employment does not or will not violate section 7311 of this title. The affidavit is prima facie evidence that the acceptance and holding of office or employment by the affiant does not or will not violate section 7311 of this title.”

   5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (and a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.

   18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.

   Title 18, US code Sec. 2381 In the presents of two or more witnesses of the same overt act or in an open court of law if you fail to timely move to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and honor your oath of office, you are subject to the charge of Capital Felony Treason.

   What to tell your congressman in your letters is this

   We got an American flag on a pole out front of all our government buildings. Last time I checked, this is the united states of America we got a constitution here and you ain’t touchin that constitution. Sir what is it that you don’t understand about your oath of office, we kind of like you to leave the constitution alone. As a matter of fact we’d like you to make it stronger then it is, not take nothing away from it period. And we resent the hell out of you taking an oath of office to protect the Constitution and we put you in office and the first thing you do when you get in there is try and scuttle the constitution and flush it down the toilet we’re not going to put up with that stuff we want you to understand that real clearly

   The second option we can do it is if necessary and proper our Militia’s can come together and decide to tell these people that are giving aid and comfort to the enemies of our country by breaking down our laws that you have broken the law of Title 18 US code section 2381 which says that “in the presence of two witnesses to the same overt act or in an open court of law if you failed to timely move to protect and defend the constitution of the united states and honor your oath of office you are subject to the charge of capital felony treason” and upon conviction you’ll be taken by the posse to the nearest busiest intersection at high noon hung by the neck until dead; the body to remain in state until dusk as an example to anyone who take their oath of office lightly.

   So without that oath of office this constitution is worthless… That’s why we have you take that oath of office so that we know that you will honor this oath of office and that you will keep our constitution. We don’t want anybody taking our constitution away, and we’re here to tell you right now don’t do it! We’ll take a dim view of it, we probably will charge you, were not foolin around
