Orly, This information may prove useful for the case. The FL Division of Election states that to change Party Affiliation in FL one has to re-submit a Florida Voter Registration application. Check out the following link: https://election.dos.state.fl.us/voting/voting-info.shtml#changes The party affiliation does not expire on it’s own. Dunn never re-submitted a Florida Voter Registration application to change his party affiliation. I leave it to your discretion to allow this comment to be posted or not. But, considering that this may prove to be a useful argument for your case, you may not want to reveal it yet, to Dunn’s attorneys. Answer: Not only I already have this, but I have an answer from the registrar of voters in Duval County FL, stating tha Dunn never changed his party affiliation You can help by contacting OC DA Public Integrity Unit and demand immediate investigation. You can forward all the information about Dunn to the Grand Jury of OC and demand expediate review by the grand Jury. You can contact your registrars and Secretary of State, provide new information, obtained from the Registrar in FL as well as “Nomination Fraud ” you tube video and affidavit from Mr. Wagener and demand immediate removal of Dunn due to fraud committed. I need a couple of volunteers to help me with paperwork. If you can help, call me at 949-683-5411 |
Dunn’s attorneys Bell, McAndrews and Hiltachk filed an answer, the case will be going to trial, I requested a jury trial, don’t have a date |

The abbove comment only appply to changed of party affiliation within the State of Floreida. It does not apply when you move to another state. Mr Dunn wrote to have his name removed per Florida’s requirement
