US Air Force to VOA #texasshooting 1/3 Devin P. Kelley was former USAF member-served at Holloman AFB NM, from 2010 until discharge in 2014
We need an immediate investigation, how did a person, who served 12 months confinement for 2 counts of assault, was able to buy all those guns?

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ
Please read an excerpt below. Texas murderer, Devin Kelley, reportedly previously served 12 months confinement in the Air Force for assault on his wife and child. He was later dishonorably discharged from the Air Force. A person with a record of prior assaults and serving 12 months confinement for those assaults, should not have been able to buy any guns. We need to know, how did this man buy his guns? Who dropped the ball? Did the Air Force fail to report those assaults to the FBI? Were those assaults in the FBI database? Did the gun dealer check the database prior to selling Kelly guns? We need to make sure that such murders by psychopaths don’t happen again. We need to be proactive in placing safeguards, so people with history of assaults and, particularly history of lengthy confinement for assaults, cannot buy guns. Please, write to the Department of Justice, to the Secretary of the Air Force and demand answers.

In the Santa Monica Observer article yesterday, there were allegations that this dirtbag was an Islam convert known as Samir Al-Hajeeb or Samir Hajib.
In similar stories about Stephen Paddock, the Las Vegas shooter, the same muslim name, Samir Hajib, was alleged.
Seems MORE than odd…are we being played? This needs further investigation, too.

MAJOR DISSAPOINTMENT DR.ORLY! You’re too smart to think Government regulations can stop a loon from getting guns. .Have you already forgotten the Paris Shoot up? ..Paris has some of the strictest gun laws in the world. .Besides Church shoote was denied permit.

there has to be a database of people convicted of violent crimes with their fingerprints, so the gun store owners would not sell them guns. He told the gun store owner that he does not have a criminal record. This should be something that the store owner should be able to verify and not just trust one’s word

Tony: maybe it wasn’t the govt regulations that caused this…
Maybe it was the possibility that the gun store owner didn’t follow through????
At such a small place, wouldn’t the store owner know this guy and can’t he call others to check on this person?
With the list of crimes that was posted, this guy should have been put in jail or rubber room?

IMO, blame it all on Heather Wilson and
Jeff Sessions. Huh? Breakdown in data.
Sick joke administrators. Cannot supply data,
cannot verify data. Data in chaos. Huh?
Warn them, Danno!!!
