Veritas

Many people will not believe it, but it could be that the Potus de facto steps down within the year, as the press scrutiny finally reaches the level of professional responsibility it should have attained well before the election. Rather than tarnish his reputation and expose details he would rather have kept clandestine, he might consider leaving before any kind of QUO WARRANTO is obligated. Perhaps?

    I would really not like that to happen , The fact remains that OBAMA has Fraudulently committed some major crimes against America & as a American citizen ( natural born I might also add ) When I have been involved in trouble with the Legal system ( minor troubles ) I have had to face up to what I have done , OBAMA needs to be tried by the Legal Processes so that he may stand trial , It is the only way to restore AMERICA !!!!!!

    Orly, please be forceful, do not let them talk over you like that pig joy behar did.
    The SS numbers are important, bring all the proof that you have, also the fact that david o carter gets a new obama clerk just before ruling on your case is an important fact, make sure you explain what clerks do for judges, most people have no clue about this.
    If you can bring up his book, the fact that he could not produce a book about his own father could be useful in exposing obama as someone predisposed to fraud, that obama is not nearly as substantial a person as the public was led to believe. The birth certificate issue will not move forward until more of the public expresses doubts about obama’s character, because the media follows public opinion, but once on board the media will push the issue

    him stepping down would be like someone who stole 10 million (acorn comes to mind) dollars from someone and decides to step down so to speak and retire..

    i dont want the usurper to be impeached i dont want the usurper to step down,i want him arrested and perp walked out of OUR HOUSE in shame and disgrace. Then i want all who have covered up this horrendus crime on the American
    people to face justice in a court of law and recieve the stiffest penalty allowed by law.

    LOL…I doubt you have to worry about him stepping down….He’s on a roll and living large.He’ll go screaming and clawing,but never remorseful over this.

    I’m with you on the main point, I want this settled too. I don’t care what the truth is as long as it’s exposed and verified as the truth. This has gone too far and can only be straightened out by the true facts…all of them.

    I smell a rat. There is no reason the media should suddenly have a change of heart. I suspect there is some devious plot begun to cause jury problems if the treason charges stick. My guess, a lefty riot nation wide about the 2010 election time to avoid being at the losing end of an America voting for truth. It is timed about right too, six months before the air date ? June/ July ought to be just about right. Lets say it is done about the fourth of July. Any unrest would be blamed on patriots and open the way for anti patriotic backlashes. How neat.

    A conspiracy of Treason has been committed…”It” cannot just step down…Pelosi,Reid,The Clinton’s and many others r involved in this…They have to have a Civil War, so they can change the Rules and save their Lives as well…Treason is a Capital Crime…

    I can certainly understand your viewpoint, but I suspect that Potus De Facto can too. Because all of the national/international focus will intensify more rapidly than anticipated, due in great part to the LACK of journalistic interest heretofore, the adminstration is going to be overwhelmed with the reporting, questioning, and growing doubts. How can anyone fulfill the office of POTUS, eligible or not, with the foundations of his status in that office crumbling around him?
    No number of gingerbread Acorn Cookies can satisfy the army of press squirrels who will hunger for any nut of information they can finally get their hands on. They will want information to report all at once, when they could have been diligent, methodical and thoughtful all along. Ironically, because the press was deficient up to now, and the president was not forthcoming about basic information when he could have been (had he wanted), the tsunami of developments will appear out of the seemingly calm sea of media ineptitude and administration obfuscation….There is sure to be more ink, airspace and bandwidth dedicated to this domestically and around the world than Tiger could ever have garnered.

    Agree, prosecute the fraud. But the Demonrats will circle the wagons around their Usurper-in-Cheat. The Repubicans? Too feckless to push the issue. Who’s around who has the Authority AND Integrity AND Backbone to prosecute him? Jury trial? We’d lose.

    I don’t want him and all the other guilty parties to escape punishment. The established punishment for treason against the U.S. and its citizens is DEATH – and it doesn’t state WHO the exceptions are.

    I agree with you ihveit. I want him to stand up and be forced to admit he is illegal potus. Mainly because that will quell any uprisings from those who voted him in. If he admits it himself, they can’t say the right did him in although we are going to keep exposing him.

    If he admits he is illegal, all that he has done is null and void. God pray for us that we can make this happen. Pray for Orly. We owe her so much.

    If it were not for Orly the word would never get out.

I havent the answer, but even if he were to step down in an attempt to quell the hemmoraging, would he still be prosecutable? Perhaps, a legal scholar could answer this. By the way, why do some state boards of elections sites have the INCORRECT constitutional terminology about presidential requirements? Some say “BORN A CITIZEN”…that is NOT in the Constitution! It says clearly NATURAL BORN.. Why would state boards of elections do that. Someone brought to attention New York State’s board of elections site that it uses “born a citizen.”
