   Potential voter fraud in Monroe County, New York and the entire New York. Outcome: Cuomo has won against Astorino for New York Governor.
   After my voting at Monroe County I am greatly concerned about a possibility of voting software fraud to shift the votes to democrats.
   Changes in voting procedure in NY relative to previous 2012 election may cover up voting software bias towards democratic party
   1. The voting procedure does not allow a voter to see what the computer system has recorded after scanning the paper ballot the voter has submitted. This is because the computer screen is not made accessible to voter. However, if the scanner malfunctions, the ballot for this voter is not recorded as if the voter has not voted. In this case if the screen was available it could show the voter that his ballot was not recorded. In that case the voter could re-do his/her ballot and use another computer to submit the ballot. Most importantly, in previous elections (2012) a voter could see his votes shown on computer screen. At yesterday elections no voter could see his/her votes on the screen. No immediate personal check up of ones votes was possible.
   3.The voter cannot see if the ballot scanned is attributed to him/her.
   4. I have asked if I could check how I have voted in a few days, I was answered by the voting administrators that it is not possible to do so due to privacy considerations.
   This is unreasonable, since the voting outcomes must be verifiable to eliminate fraud including voting software fraud. An example of such a verification could be a republican Party decides on a sample of 100 ( or more) republican voters. It requests to retrieve the ballots for these voters. It further sends the retrieved results to the respective voters and asks them to report if this how they have voted. Of course so could do any other party. This is a basic verification if votes are reasonably well recorded. This kind of verification is denied to any party. There no significant privacy risk in this procedure.
   5. The voting administrators incorrectly believe that because paper ballots are submitted, the fraud is not possible. This is not so. It is the opposite. As voters cannot see how they have voted on the computer screen, they cannot really know what happens with their ballot. Thus they would not complain. Now if the voting software is designed with a bias towards a specific party, this procedure does not allow (voters) to verify if there was fraud.
   Here is how a bias to democratic party could have been implemented.

   A. The scanner reads the ballot. The result is an image of the ballot inside the computer.
   B. The software replaces choices for democrats instead of choices for republicans or libertarians.
   C. The voter cannot see that his votes are being replaced by completely different ones. He/she just leaves the voting location.
   D. This voter voting choices cannot be verified any time later, since access to this information is fundamentally denied.
   E. The voting procedure must allow verifiability of individual votes.
   F. There is no capability for such a verification for the voting procedure used in Monroe County, NY. This is not acceptable.
   G. Cuomo family may be now inheriting the position of Governor of New York if the voting software is biased towards democrats.
   H. There was information in the news concerning 2008 and 2012 elections that there was a connection between a company that provided software for USA elections and Chuck Hagel, Obama’s Secretary of Defense.

   I am not asserting that the New York voting software is biased towards democrats. I do assert that the voting procedure used in Monroe County on Nov. 4, 2014 does not provide any possibility to verify if software fraud or ballot scanning malfunctions have occurred.

   The procedure denies such a verification at the time of the voting.
   The voting procedure appears to not allow such a verification any time after the voting has been completed.
   The voting administrators are ignorant about software fraud and they are ignorant about verification procedures to insure correct capture of the individual ballots.
   Residents of New York share your voting experience with the NY Voting board. Lodge the issue with your parties.

   Alarming Stat!! Even after 6 years of devastating the country, blacks who said they voted for Obama for what he could do for the country based upon his job performance went out in mass to vote for Communist Wendy Davis for Governor of Texas. This shows us they support the destruction of America.
