   With the exception of the references to page 38 and page 112, which should have been page 39 and page 111, everything seems accurate. There may be a possible misinterpretation of the discussion that small businesses books may be audited. Small businesses, with less than 50 employees, are to self-audit and file a certification. If the fail to file a certification or if the certification is false, there are criminal penalties of up to $50,000 and 5 years in federal prison. The government would have the right to impose these criminal penalties without a trial, based on an agency’s finding and it would have the right to search the employer’s premises, computers, accounts, etc., without a search warrant.

   Will you challenge the constitutionality of Obamacare on the ground that it denies citizens due process and violates citizens’ rights to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures without a valid warrant? Sounds like a winner and should be the subject of a separate lawsuit in federal court. Even the liberal 9th Circuit will not tolerate an infringement of civil liberties.

   There is a provision, on page 2124, which states that this law is presumed valid unless challenged on or before November 6, 2012.

   I saw a blog from an obvious left winger that claimed that some of the video statements were taken out of context and there may be some truth to that so on balance I’d stay quiet on the video.
   On leafing through the bill I saw mind-numbing micromanagement with a profusion of boards set up for this and for that, all in pursuit of the left’s impossible dream of creating fairness and efficiency from the top down.
   One question; what section of the bill deals with excusing Muslims from participation which your Texas case revolves around. I want to look at that.
