From the videos I’ve seen Freddie was paralyzed when they were dragging him to the “van”. It was obvious he had no control of his legs, that’s why they dragged him. Police are domestic terrorists. NOT “law enforcement”.

Freddie Gray should have been restrained/seat belted. The police didn’t follow the policy/procedure. If they had, he would not have been able to “bang against the walls” intentionally or in the case of a “nickel ride”.

So he was banging against the walls..with his hands cuffed and unable to walk.

    Need more information.

Maybe he was banging because he couldnt breathe and needed medical attention.

Obviously he needed more medical attention because before the arrest he was able to walk and breathe and after the arrest he died..

Need more information to make an informative comment, opinion..etc

so, there, probably, will be a settlement and payment to the family due to negligence in failure to seat belt him. This is not a criminal act, this is negligence. At any rate, nothing justified arson of 15 buildings, 140 cars, robbery and burglary of stores, theft.
