Visit to Center for Disease Control in Atlanta GA, office of the Governor Sony Purdue, Attorney General of GA Thurbert Baker, US atty for the Northern District of GA Nahmias, Sacretary of State of GA, Elections division and CNN.
Yesterday, May 6 , 2009 I flew red eye to Atlanta GA and with visited above offices with a group of 8 community leaders, that included a representative of Grassfire- a grass root organization with over two million members, ResistNet, Rise Up for America, Screaming Eagle and other patriot, anti Corruption in the government, Anti usurpation organizations and professional media cameramen. We were there to discuss first indictment of Obama for election fraud by the common law jury in GA, provide proposed Quo Warranto to be filed by the Governor of GA and Atty Gen. of GA on behalf of GA National Guard against Obama and hand delivered Dossiers1, 3, 5, 6, 7- that describe suspected illegal and criminal activity by Obama and his supporters.
I will start with the visit to the Center of Disease Control, as it was different from others and probably the most important in light of Swine Flu epidemic and rise in number of cases of Tuberculosis. At CDC we discussed only those issues. We found this visit to be very informative. We had an in depth conversation with a spokesperson Mr. David Daigle. Mr. Daigle has 20 years of experience serving in the US military and was not only knowledgeable in the CDC protocol, but in DOD protocol as well.
I have stated to Mr. Daigle, that I am a chair of a non-profit organization Defend Our Freedoms, I am visiting CDC as both Dr. and Esq., being concerned about certain aspects of the recent Swine Flu epidemic, mandatory vaccinations in the military and impact on the community.
I have asked him specific questions:
1. whether he was aware of live deadly avian flu virus found in flu vaccines sent by Baxter pharmaceuticals to 18 countries? What precautions can be taken and mechanisms can be put in place to assure the public that deadly virus will not be present in the vaccinations given to the public in the US, particularly in light of recent AP report, that Swine flu vaccine might be ready as soon as this month?
2. Whether he was aware of the batches of live bio agent missing from the bio lab in Fort Detrick in MD?
3. Currently members of the active US military are not allowed to refuse vaccinations. Is there a way for the servicemen to refuse vaccinations, particularly in light of a report of a marine coming doing with the swine flu at the premises of the 29th Palm marine base in CA, which is also a designated FEMA camp?
4. Can I personally or as a representative of my foundation DOFF purchase several vaccines from several batches, that are about to be distributed to the public and can I send those to the independent labs in Canada and /or Europe? While it would not provide a 100% protection, it would provide additional safeguard coming from members of the public for the benefit of the public.
5. While other countries have banned flights to and from Mexico and installed temperature sensors and cameras in the airports during recent epidemic, our administration did not take any of these steps and in the beginning of the epidemic Director of Homeland security was telling the citizens, that it is safe to go to Mexico? Is there an explanation to this behavior by the US administration?
6. As a mother of school age childerenI am concerned about a rise in illegal immigration from Mexico and a rise of a number of cases of swine flu and Tuberculosis coming from Mexico. What can concerned parents do? Can I personally or through DOFF organise members of the community, particularly ones with medical background to join as volunteers CDC quarantineofficers that work withthe Border Patrol at the Mexican border and help identify patients affected with Swine flu and Tuberculosis?
In regards to the first question, Mr. Daigle admitted that he was aware of the live avian flu being present in the flu vaccines coming from Baxter pharmaceuticals. He was aware of the investigation in the Czech republic. He stated that it happened because deactivation process as not done, however it happened in Europe and he doesn’t believe it affects vaccines in the US. He stated that there is no 100% assurance, however millions of vaccines are given in the US and those are generally safe. He stated that they are currently preparing a 100 million lots of regular seasonal flu vaccine for fall. Millions of people get them without any complications. CDC considers flu to be a serious problem, in that some 200 million get sick every year during a flu season and 36thousand die from flu and flu complications, so CDC considers flu vaccinations to be generally very beneficial for the public. In regards to what has happened at Baxter, I should contact them directly and get more information from them.
In regards to the recent reports about Swine flu vaccine being available soon as early as this month, he found those reports to be incorrect and ridiculous. He explained that CDC needs to go through the process of reverse engineering, growthin eggs. They need to have a seed strength, to report to HHS. They currently have a process growing this virus in eggs, they do not have a seed strength and it will take several months. Additionally, as flu is a typical seasonal disease, and the seasonsare reversed in Northern and Southern hemisphere, they are monitoring the flu outbreaks in the Southern hemisphere, to see what takes precedence- regular seasonal flu or H1N1 Swine flu. Currently the regular seasonal flu takes precedence and 100 million lots of regular seasonal flu need to be prepared. He stated that some parents are concerned about vaccinations and a mist can be recommended. I responded that the mist (nasal spray vaccination) can help alleviate autoimmune problems, possibly threat of autism, but not spread of live virus, as it can be present in both injections and spray. He agreed to that.
2. He was not aware of the article in Fredreck News paper about live bio agent missing from Fort detrick. He will look into this.
3. In relation to military refusing vaccination, this needs to be addressed with DOD, as UCMJ (Unified Code of Military Justice) takes precedence. (I will follow up with the DOD on that. I also believe that that if a serviceman states that he is allergic to eggs, he can avoid having vaccination)
He was not aware of H1N1 at 29 Palms, Marine Base, he will need to check on that . He stated that typically the members of the military are getting their flu shots in fall, he doesn’t think that this case is connected to the flu vaccination, as military typically does it in fall. I sated, that I will check if this marine had any injections recently. ( I will follow up on that)
4. As far as CDC is concerned there is nothing preventing one from purchasing swine flu vaccines and sending those for testing to independent labs. He doesn’t know though if such vaccine would be available any time soon and which pharmaceutical will have it.
5. He didn’t know why current administration didn’t ban flights to and from Mexico and why sensors were not placed.
6. CDC quarantine officers, working with the border patrol don’t have volunteer positions. He appreciates my concerns and recommends that volunteers contact HHS, local health organizations, DOD and border patrol. He also heard of volunteers from minutemen working with the border patrol and I should check with them
I told Mr. Daigle, that I will mail him the articles I’ve gathered and I will follow up with all the organizations mentioned above and will keep his direct phone number for emergency situations only.
The same day we visited a number of governmental agencies in Atlanta GA. Quo Warranto and Dossiers were hand delivered to John Umberger, aid for governor Sony Purdue. Mr. Umberger has hand delivered those to the legal counsel for the governor. These documents were also hand delivered to Kelly Fahr, office of elections for the Secretary of state of GA. In attachment you can see the time stamp for the documents delivered to Attorney general of GA Baker and the US attorney for the Northern District of GA. As we visited the office of the US attorney, Mr. Carl Swenssen, foreman of the common law grand jury that indicted Obama for elections fraud, was able to strike a frank and open conversation with David D. Marshall, a defense attorney with the office of the US Attorney, who stated that the response many US attorneys give to the citizens, that US attorney is not allowed to initiate a criminal investigation, is not true. US attorneys around the country initiate criminal investigations on a daily basis. This means that there is nothing preventing them from initiating criminal investigation of Obama.
I am asking all volunteers, particularly residents of GA to follow up with these agencies and remind them, that we are paying all of their salaries and they need to stop passing the buck and they need to start doing their work or they need to resign or be recalled or be fired. They have to work for the people of this Nation and respective states, not covering up suspected criminal activity perpetrated by Obama and his supporters, since by not investigating and not prosecuting they become guilty of aiding and abetting commission of crime and misprision of felony. Based on the second amendment, citizens of this country have a right to get organized in citizen militia and bear arms and fight oppressive, abusive and corrupt Federal and State government. If they are not willing to act, the citizens of this country have a right to hold not only common law grand juries, but also citizen’s trials and make citizen arrests.

Great work Orly! However, we need this information disseminated far and wide. What about DRUDGEREPORT? Or am I being naive? What about Michael Savage? He has talked about the eligibility issue on his radio program and consistently refers to Obama as illegitimate and a non-citizen. Given his anger about being blacklisted in Britain recently (was Obama behind this?…perhaps as justification for instituting the Fairness Doctrine and crippling conservative talk radio). I think Savage would be more receptive than ever. If he believes that the U.S. government was in kahoots with the British government, he might want to talk about your efforts re: eleigibility on a daily basis. He has 8 to 10 million listeners. – Gary

Terrific work Dr.Orly and a little information on your efforts that are beginning to take hold.I was told today that in fact Bill Oreilly(Fox) did mention people are questioning Obamas eligibility ,this was related to me my my dear ole mom who in fact thought me a nut case to question any sitting President..I can’t relate the exact words Oreilly used but is was very short and if you didn’t pay attention you would have missed it.I have noticed that two sites I posted the links to what the citizens grand jurys are doing,mysteriously disappeared (the whole thread) so obviously you and We the People are getting to them.Keep up your fine work and thanks.

I’m not sure if you check the website, The Obama File, https://www.theobamafile.com/ObamaLatest.htm which has up to the date information all about Obama, and the latest that I’m not sure if you are already aware of is this:
“On his first day in office, January 21, 2009, Obama signed Executive Order 13489. This order was entered into the Federal Register on January 26, 2009.”

Obama/Soetoro DOESN’T meet the First and Most Important Constitutional Requirement to be President and used FRAUD and FORGERY to get elected. By his admission he is NOT NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Obama/Soetoro HIMSELF said that his father was not an American Citizen. Obama/Soetoro posted on his website that he himself was a Kenyan til the age of 21. The fact that his father was NOT an American Citizen (he was here on a student Visa) DISQUALIFIES Obama from EVER being a Natural Born Citizen and therefore Constitutionally Unqualified to be President, EVER. It doesn’t even matter where he was born. He knew he wasn’t qualified, he mentioned this on a debate for Senate with Alan Keyes. Democrats tried to have the law changed under the guise of also doing it for John McCain. There is also some evidence that back in early 2000’s Obama had a law firm working on Natural Born Citizen and Citizenship issues.
We won’t even talk about Obama/Soetoro being a possible Indonesian Citizen by virtue of his adoption by his stepdad Lolo Soetoro in Indonesia. This would make Obama/Soetoro the first NON-CITIZEN President which should subject him to immediate arrest as a foreign Usurper in the White House. The Press are supposed to be part of the Checks and Balances and not be in bed with the gov’t. Biases aside this is Important and we need to investigate and make sure we don’t have a foreigner Pretending to be President. Better to err on the side of caution than to remedy all the harm later. The media needs to investigate and/or call for a 9/11 type Commission to check this issue out. If he is qualified he should have NOTHING TO HIDE and have no objections. If he objects it becomes very suspicions.
Obama/Soetoro not being a Natural Born Citizen makes him a FRAUD and an IMPOSTER that needs to be REMOVED right away. He is no better than Benedict Arnold or Bernie Madoff he is a PONZI PREZ.

Thimerosal Toxicity (mercury) in all Shots, very Toxic, Protect you and your Children!!
The various mercury guidelines are based on epidemiological and laboratory studies of methyl mercury, whereas thimerosal is a derivative of ethyl mercury. Because they are different chemical entities – ethyl- versus methylmercury – different toxicological profiles are expected. There is, therefore, an uncertainty that arises in applying the methylmercury-based guidelines to thimerosal. Lacking definitive data on the comparative toxicities of ethyl- versus methylmercury, FDA considered ethyl- and methyl-mercury as equivalent in its risk evaluation. There are some data and studies bearing directly on thimerosal toxicity and these are summarized in this Section.
Allergic responses to thimerosal are described in the clinical literature, with these responses manifesting themselves primarily in the form of delayed-type local hypersensitivity reactions, including redness and swelling at the injection site (Cox and Forsyth 1988; Grabenstein 1996). Such reactions are usually mild and last only a few days. Some authors postulate that the thiosalicylate component is the major determinant of allergic reactions (Goncalo et al. 1996). In a clinical setting, however, it is usually not possible to determine whether local reactions are caused by thimerosal or other vaccine components.
The earliest published report of thimerosal use in humans was published in 1931 (Powell and Jamieson 1931). In this report, 22 individuals received 1% solution of thimerosal intravenously for unspecified therapeutic reasons. Subjects received up to 26 milligrams thimerosal/kg (1 milligrams equals 1,000 micrograms) with no reported toxic effects, although 2 subjects demonstrated phlebitis or sloughing of skin after local infiltration. Of note, this study was not specifically designed to examine toxicity; 7 of 22 subjects were observed for only one day, the specific clinical assessments were not described, and no laboratory studies were reported.
Several cases of acute mercury poisoning from thimerosal-containing products were found in the medical literature with total doses of thimerosal ranging from approximately 3 mg/kg to several hundred mg/kg. These reports included the administration of immune globulin (gamma globulin) (Matheson et al. 1980) and hepatitis B immune globulin (Lowell et al. 1996), choramphenicol formulated with 1000 times the proper dose of thimerosal as a preservative (Axton 1972), thimerosal ear irrigation in a child with tympanostomy tubes (Rohyans et al. 1994), thimerosal treatment of omphaloceles in infants (Fagan et al. 1977), and a suicide attempt with thimerosal (Pfab et al. 1996). These studies reported local necrosis, acute hemolysis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, acute renal tubular necrosis, and central nervous system injury including obtundation, coma, and death. Several animal studies have evaluated the toxicity of thimerosal. In 1931 Powell and Jamieson reported acute toxicity studies in several animal species. Maximum tolerated doses not associated with death of the animals were 20 mg thimerosal/kg (rabbits) and 45 mg/kg (rats). Blair evaluated the administration of thimerosal intranasally for 190 days and observed no histopathological changes in the brain or kidney (Blair et al. 1975). Magos et al. directly compared the toxicity of ethyl- versus methylmercury in adult male and female rats administered 5 daily doses of equimolar concentrations of ethyl- or methylmercury by gavage (Magos et al 1985). Magos concluded that ethylmercury, the mercury derivative found in thimerosal, is less neurotoxic than methylmercury, the mercury derivative for which the various guidelines are based.
One final piece of data regarding thimerosal is worth noting. At the initial National Vaccine Advisory Committee-sponsored meeting on thimerosal in 1999, concerns were expressed that infants may lack the ability to eliminate mercury. More recent NIAID-supported studies at the University of Rochester and National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD examined levels of mercury in blood and other samples from infants who had received routine immunizations with thimerosal-containing vaccines. [Pichichero ME, et al. Lancet 360:1737-1741 (2002)] Blood levels of mercury did not exceed safety guidelines for methyl mercury for all infants in these studies. Further, mercury was cleared from the blood in infants exposed to thimerosal faster than would be predicted for methyl mercury; infants excreted significant amounts of mercury in stool after thimerosal exposure, thus removing mercury from their bodies. These results suggest that there are differences in the way that thimerosal and methyl mercury are distributed, metabolized, and excreted. Thimerosal appears to be removed from the blood and body more rapidly than methyl mercury. NIAID is sponsoring a follow-up study with larger numbers of infants in Buenos Aires where thimerosal-containing vaccines are still administered to children.
