US Congress: all talk and no action. call every member of the Oversight and Judiciary committee, demand they seek ex-relator status to prosecute Holder for obstruction of justice or demand they resign and be replaced by prople who will do their job.

For 5 years now we’ve been getting evidence of obstruction of justice by AG of US Holder. Congress did not do anything on this matter: a lot od empty talk and hot air. It is time for the US Congress to file a petition with the court for Ex-relator status and seek criminal prosecution of Eric Holder for obstruction of justice on ObamaForgerygate, Fast and Furious, IRS scandal, Benghazi and so on. Holder never appointed a special prosecutor and he will not indict and prosecute himself, as such US Congress has to step in the shoes of Holder and seek his prosecution on charges of obstruction of Justice.  Demand members of the oversight and judiciary committee do their job or resign and let someone else take their place

    How has it been used before? Has any member of congress ever used it?
