   I have written this letter to be mailed on Tuesday. If I have forgotten anything, omitted any important details, let me know so I can revise the letter. It will be addressed personally to Arpaio. Lanford’s letter will be enclosed.

   Sheriff Arpaio,

   I am enclosing this letter from Mr. Sanford because it is doubtful
   that you will ever see it on Dr. Taitz’s web site.

   Along with this letter, I will add my own comments. I concur with
   Mr. Sanford that you, as a sheriff with legal authority, are
   commanded by our Constitution, to uphold your oath of office.

   This means that you, if you are a true law officer, should have
   4 years ago gone to the attorney general of AZ and produced all
   of the documented evidence that Mr. Obama is an impostor, a
   Trojan horse, and a criminal-at-large in our White House.

   Now we also discover, aside from the obvious birth certificate
   fraud, for which Loretta Fuddy paid with her life as an
   accessory to fraudulent documentation, that Obama is not
   only a usurper, illegally stashed in our government, but he
   has committed beaucoup amounts of crimes against our
   nation and its people.

   I am well-aware of your Cold Case Posse, but I fear that they
   are way behind the times and have not lived up to any of their
   declarations of patriotism and judgments in a court of law.

   All of their ‘evidence’ which might have been ‘earth-shaking’
   in March, has been withheld, if it ever existed at all, and
   the people are not being pranked any longer.

   Aside from this malfeance of justice, there are veterans in
   your county that have died because of the Veterans’ Hospital
   scandals, and a criminal investigation is in order NOW.

   You know the corrupt facts and you are an authority to whom
   the veterans can turn for help.

   It is in your corner, now, and if you fail on this one, you need to
   find another career.

   Long ago and far away, you could have been a hero and brought
   down the tyrant, the dictator-in-chief, and muslim -in-charge
   of our government. You chose to ask for monies instead.

   I don’t know if you are a Christian in name only or an atheist.
   Whichever and whatever you are, we know you by the fruit
   of your labors.

   I see only rotten fruit.

   You can redeem yourself and be forgiven one day for your
   past negligence and mercenary issues of character.

   Sorry if this sounds “RELIGIOUS” because it is NOT
   RELIGIOUS. It is a fact.

   Not doing your job as you have promised to do, in your
   oath as a sheriff of AZ, is not a religious flaw so much
   as it is a character flaw.

   You and Dr. Taitz would be hero and heroine, lauded
   for removing the maniac in Washington D.C. from his
   tenacious hold on our Congress, SCOTUS, and other
   representatives of our republic.

   When he falls, and is imprisoned awaiting judgment
   which befits a traitor and a terrorist, the rest of them
   will fall like dominoes. I mean: Pelsoi, Reid, Boehner,
   the Muslim Brotherhood and the CZARS,and all others
   who are complicit in this cover-up which rivals anything
   else in American history.

   I am doing everything I can possibly think off. I am now working on pleadings. You can write to every sheriff in every jurisdiction where there is a VA hospital

   Remind us of the statutory basis for saying that death as a result of reckless disregard can be murder. Or how any of this meets the statutory elements of RICO. These are things that a credible candidate for State AG should know.

   Depraved-heart murder, also known as depraved-indifference murder, is an American legal term for an action that demonstrates a “callous disregard for human life” and results in death. In most states, depraved heart killings constitute second-degree murder.[1]

   If no death results, such acts would generally be defined as reckless endangerment (sometimes known as “Culpable Negligence”) and possibly other crimes, such as assault.
