Update-SCOTUS Cynthia Rapp

Posted on | July 9, 2009 | 7 Comments

I just got a phone call from another attorney, member of Ca bar and NV bar. He told me that he called SCOTUS, Cynthia Rapp and tried to get info on original jurisdiction. He said that she was very rude to him, that she kept interrupting him and hang up the phone in his face.

What kind of behavior is that? A number of people called SCOTUS, they were  transferred to recording machines, they left messages and nobody called them back. Do we really have a system of justice and law enforcement?

Do we really have a system of justice and law enforcement?

It is beginning to look tht way more and more every year. We are approachingwhat the Founding Fathers fought and died for to escape tyrany…I wish I had an answer or something short of decalring what Jefferson said” The tree of liberty needs to be refreshed from time to time with the blood of Patriots and tyrants”……Unfortunately Jeferson was right. WE are in for some BAD times owing to Obama etal.

I think that this fitting and needs to be applied to all our elected officials especially Obama
Einstein said, ” When a man believes that he is smarter just because he has specific knowledge and experience this is when it is automatic th he isn’t”.

The entire Jefferson qoute is as follows:
Do not take your liberty for granted” “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure,” said Thomas Jefferson.

    Hi Orly,
That’s how it always is when any of us call. As I’ve said before, there is no law in Washington….remember what I told you. I hope and pray with all my heart that Judge David Carter will uphold the Constitution!!! Monday is a big day! I am thinking about you and pray for success. We can begin to repair the damage to this beautiful country of ours, clean out the rotting vermin in Congress and make our nation strong and secure. I have so much hope and I’ll never give up.
You are the true Lady Liberty! We all love you and owe you so much.

Sounds like the clerks at SCOTUS were imported from the Soviet Union….we need an investigation of SCOTUS clerks who are obstructing justice and denying due process…

I have mailed a letter to Orly via snail mail which tells the SCOTUS, their job is to shut up and listen when not in court. I have asked her to judge it, edit it if she likes, or trash it. Her judgment is far better than mine.

When SCOTUS is facing a monumental case such as Obama’s eligibility, THEY MUST study the issues which gave rise to the case. This means they need critical information from our president de facto, and they must give it the scrutiny it deserves. By the same token, they are obliged to read Orly’s motions and digest mentally her claims. They must also tune in to the causes of concern of millions of lay Americans. If they fail at giving this there very best effort, then they are simply nothing more than 9 additions to the 565 people who comprise our pathetic government (I almost wrote democracy, which would have been a gross misuse of words).
