Update on docketing

I called the DC court to check why my motion for Preliminary injunction, sent last week by UPS was not docketed yet.I was told that due to the snow storm in DC last week (all that global warming) the court was closed and they are still sorting and docketing the pleadings from last week. they assured me, it will be docketed in due time
