Update in re to SCOTUS

I was asked for an update. As Attorney General Eric Holder and US Attorney Jeffrey Taylor did not institute Quo Warranto and did not respond, I will go back to SCOTUS and will file in the form of the Petition for the Extraordinary writ of Mandamus. As you know, I am being crucified for every little error, so I have sent the draft to a couple of attorneys, paralegals, technical consultants and language consultants, to give me their input and I will file in a few days. Bottom line, I will be filing until I get an answer.
I also believe, that it will take more then one or two lawyers filing. Obama does not care about one or two or three attorneys, but he and other elected and appointed officials care about thousands of people rising, indicting them for fraud, treason, forgery or aiding and abetting those crimes, they care about being arrested by the citizen’s militia, tried and the verdicts effectuated. The framers of the constitution have given us our second amendment rights to organize militia and bear arms specifically for such time, when a usurper takes over the country and the military, when the government is corrupt and tramples over out liberties and the Constitution.

My guess is that both Attorney General Eric Holder and US Attorney Jeffrey Taylor have gone over to the dark side.
It’s going to be a long fight, Orly, and the other side is going to tell any lie they can think off and falsely accuse anyone who is in their way in order to gain an advantage.
I would hope that everyone here on Orly’s side try to find some time to study the methods and psychology of Hitler and Stalin as we seem to be dealing with this type of personality in “Obama”.

Someone suggested baiting President Obama to sue for libel. Politicians never sue for libel. You can say pretty much whatever you want about a public figure and get away with it. Didn’t you learn that in school? (Times v Sullivan)
And besides, the libel line has been crossed with Obama, so many times saying something horrible about Obama is not even news.

It seems time to publish a book, Dr. Orly, with your cases, etc, to spread awareness. The mere fact Obama does not sue for slander shows he will not come near a court to prove himself. The pen is mightier than the sword. Maybe Jerome Corsi and WND Daily would help assembles your lawsuits into a book, with brief biography, and then the process you have been through since you started, and different media efforts, etc. Would be a bestseller, no doubt.

After reading about the case that is in the US Supreme Court in the hands of Justice Roberts, I believe, I am wondering if President Obama can name a Justice to the Supreme Court when he is involved in a case that is already there. Isn’t that a conflict of interest.
Is the case still there regarding his eligibility?

You mentioned needing more lawyers Dr. Orly. Maybe you should contact Jay Allen Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ. He has tried many cases in the US Supreme Court.
Right now he has filed a Freedom of Information case for FOX to get the minutes of meetings that Nancy Pelosi attended to see if she is telling the truth.
I am sure you have heard of him. He stands on the Constitution and is very concerned about the trans-national law.

Little Mary, Mary, quite contrary is at it again. Apparently you are not interested in seeking the TRUTH! Why should anyone (the citizens of this country, namely) not be allowed to see proof of Obama’s eligibility? It is completely irrational and unlawful to resist showing documents that would prove or disprove this legal question. Note…I said LEGAL, not POLITICAL. Anywhere we apply for a job in this country we must provide documents verifying and confirming our eligibility to perform. Orly must do it as a dentist and attorney, I as a teacher, and Joe as the plumber. And you call us names because we want the law abide by? You’re sick!

greetings mothers!! we are doing an extended family mothers day brunch buffet in couple hours
Dr Taitz, dont know your email works or email to lisa, have written a few times, but no response.
Anyway i have fixed the table format on our flysheet document and bought the list a contact list of all the attorney generals for all the states, and have faxed them all a letter about investigating eligibiltity to be on the ballot, including your “ten facts”, and Philp Bergs “just the facts”. And am now following up with hard copies to all attorney general. Sorry to say is a slower process.
Got a couple responses from Ohio and Georgia, basically saying they dont provide assistance to civilians, just to lawyers and government officials.
I also have hard copies and letter via email to a number “news corporation” (owners of fox news) people found from news corp web site.
To no avail never got feedback or response, just out of office.
Anyway, do you want this attorney general list?

2 more AG response letter were faxed on monday.
Q1. If indeed its illegal for the AG to just pass eligibilty off, saying “its a federal issue” when in reality there supposed to check it for the ballot, then cant we file suit against the AG for not doing their job?
Q2. If Q1 is yes, since i live in maryland, do you have fellow contact or other laywer in maryland willing to take this case against the AG?
