The parties agreed that re [24] MOTION to Stay Case filed by Orly Taitz, [20] MOTION to Remand to State Court filed by Orly Taitz, [40] MOTION to Expedite filed by Orly Taitz are all MOOT; and [46] MOTION filed by Orly Taitz was previously DISMISSED by the Court. Defense counsels were directed to respond to [96] Notice of New Material Facts Related to the Case within 14 days. The court will then review the submissions, and thereafter, will schedule another Telephone Conference. Further, the court discussed the recent blog posted on FogHorn of a Virgil E. Byrd, and advised the parties that the US Attorney will be asked to investigate this matter. (TRS)

    no, there is no decision yet in this case. I hope the judge will deny the motions to dismiss and will allow discovery. This order only talks about preliminary motions, which were decided previously

    no, there are a 100 documents and pleadings there, he only mentioned ones ruled a year ago. important ones were not decided yet

    I would like to see some publicity about Obama’s mother and Fuddy being joined together in a cult named Subud with it’s leader looking very very much like a youthful Obama. There is enough info out on this to start placing the board pieces in proper perspective to cover Chicago, Honolulu,Seattle.Indonesia and Kenya. One needs to look at Obama very closely to see if he is really part African decent African as opposed to African birth sidestep.

    no, during the conference call I asked to dismiss some prior motions as moot
