I was out of town, as my third son started university,

he is a student at a top IVY league university and we went to get him situated in the dorms.

I havea  limited computer access.

AG of HI filed an opposition to subpoena, which was expected.

When I get home, I will Fed Ex a motion to strike his opposition( to throw it of the docket),as it was in violation of the rules of the court. There will also be a reply on the merits of the case.

A hearing on Tuesday, is just a telephone hearing for me as na out of state attorney to get electronic filing, it is not a hearing on the merit of the case. the hearing on the merits in September 14.

    I saw something interesting today on another website. It was about Congressman Coble Goodlatte asking for an investigation into Obama regarding his social security number and eligibility. It was on the Citizen Wells Website. Maybe his name has come up before but I hadn’t heard it.

    The criminals (and their supporters) in our Government are just as ruthless as that of the old Soviet Union. They may not have the full experience of the old line Communists, but bad things happen to their “enemies”. Please, please be careful. If you don’t have full time security on your home and office please consider getting it. If it were me, I would tell as little as possible about my itinerary and plans until after the fact.

    I don’t understand, there should be NO opposition; HI law states the documents have to be produced when a court orders it. You have a District Court subpeona so ordered by a judge, you have HI law on your side. ASk the court how they can be in violation of their own state law? Produce the document or go to jail for contempt. My hypothesis is THERE IS NO LONG
    FORM B.C. Obama is a scam and a fraud.

    AND EVERYONE IN OFFICE KNOWS IT. Other wise we
    would have seen the LFBC 2 yrs ago.

    GO get them Orly! A true American Patriot you are becomming!

    subpoena is always signed by the clerk of the court, not judge.
    The reason we have a hearing to compel compliance with subpoena, is for the judge to tell the director of health: “comply with the federal subpoena or you can be arrested for contempt of court”
