As a UofCal. Berkeley graduate after WWII service and previous contributor for funding science students I no longer even consider any more giving of funds. I have to say the education I received at Berkeley for my field of Chem. Eng. and being taught by some of the world’s foremost scientists in the field at the time from the best public university profs at a very low cost for non-state residents was something I’ll always be thankful.
