Trump was right, Mexico is encouraging it’s poor to come to US to get generous welfare benefits and send the money back to Mexico to their families

Proof Donald Trump is correct.
Mexico admits in writting that they are sending us their Citizens to get welfare and bring Money back to Mexico and they remain Mexican Citizens, under the jurisdiction of Mexico.
So they cannot be American Citizens under the 14th amendment.
