It’s a questionable “victory” for Trump.

Yes, this time a judge blocked something really inappropriate. The judge blocked the CA bill passed deliberately with the goal to exploit Trump’s unwillingness to disclose his taxes – so that to not have Trump on the 2020 ballot. Being glad for such outcome, I must admit that this entire travesty still looks dirty – especially in this dark time when neither Pres. Trump nor America wishes to acknowledge the 2008-2016 imposture and repent about this crime and sin “too big to repent”.

Failing his duty to prosecute the imposture already in 2017 immediately and directly, now, Trump, being attacked for non-disclosure of his taxes, ought to counter attack by bringing forth the facts about his predecessor – the impostor, who had produced a coarse forgery of his identity and used stolen Social Security number – yet the skies did not fall. The then CA secretary of State refused to block Obama on the ballots, and the then governor of Arizona vetoed the state bill requiring the basic identity papers from running candidates in 2012. Basic identity, not the tax return!

How can Trump not see the misery of this judicial exercise – given the extraordinary background of the moment? After all, if considered out of this specific context, there is nothing wrong in a bill requiring the candidates for the top positions to fully disclose not only their identity papers, but also the tax returns. Anyone who seeks the top public position must sacrifice a part of his or her privacy: it has been always presumed.

Therefore this entire conflict is a travesty just adding to the ugliness of this darkest moment in American history.
