Trump has a great sense of humor and the votes seem to like it and like his message. Trump leads by double digits

    Love the way he speaks up…the others don’t have courage to follow in the footsteps of our Founders…!

    Almost every week, O shows us who he really is!

    And the Des Moines Register, in Iowa, is so left-wing…shame on them for calling for him to stop talking!

    usually the courts will not allow any discovery until the court rules on the motion to dismiss the whole case due to lack of jurisdiction and lack of standing. This is a common practice. In my opinion the court will dismiss the whole case due to lack of standing, stating that the plaintiff does not have a particularized injury. I might be wrong, however, I believe this to be the case.
