Trump needs to remember, he has to get to the river before he thinks how to cross it

Posted on | July 4, 2016 | 15 Comments

So far, according to reports, Trump met with the following VP candidates:

  1. Gov. Pence
  2.  Sen. Corker
  3. Sen. Cotton
  4. Sen. Ernst
  5. Former Speaker of the House, Gingrich
  6. Gov. Christie
  7.  Sen. Sessions                       Trump is expected to meet with Gov. Mary Fallin and Gov. Susana Martinez

Considering the fact that Clinton is about 2% ahead of Trump according to the majority of non-biased polls, Trump needs a reset. I believe that neither one of male candidates on his list will give him any reset, any jump in the polls.

The only reset, the only jump in the polls will come from a female candidate, particularly, if he picks NH. Gov. Susana Martinez. She will help him gain female and Hispanic votes, as well as a swing state of NM. Second highest bump will come from Senator  Joni Ernst-46 y.o. young woman, from a swing state of IA, former Lt.Col. in the army, third highest reset will come from former 2 times congresswoman and a two-time governor of OK, Mary Fallin.

Trump said that he would want as VP someone who will help him deal with Congress. Well, as they say, you have to get to the river before you think how to cross it. If Trump can’t get women’s votes, he will not get in the WH and he will not have a need or a chance to deal with Congress.

Trump can always nominate someone like Newt Gingrich to be a part of his cabinet and deal with Congress as a member of the cabinet, or as Trump’s chief of staff, however, at this point, he has very little time left to turn things around, only 4 months left, he needs to pull ahead of Clinton and a female VP will help him do it.

Don’t know much about her…but, from her appearance, military experience,age,(46), and yes, even being a U.S. Senator, I think Joni Ernst would be the best choice…, better than the Hispanic choice of Susana Martinez, who I believe would cost Trump votes.

IMO Trump will not take anybody out of the senate nor someone that he needs a food taster. Trump is just setting up meetings to shore up things. The VP will be a LOYAL, TRUSTWORTHY, similar ideology person of which there are only a few.

ultimately non-current representative and former speaker Gingrich should replace Ryan as House Speaker of a GOP congress —

Trump should pick for VP the person he thinks would make the best President if Trump should be removed from office for any reason.

That person is most likely to be Jeff Sessions, for whom Trump clearly has great respect. Also, as VP Sessions will not be removed from the Senate but will be its presiding officer and a very strong one given his long experience in the Senate. His replacement in his own state will almost certainly be a conservative, who will vote much as Sessions would.

It would be very out of character for Trump to pick someone for gender or race, but if he thinks one of the ladies would be best as his replacement, he should choose her.

I like Jeff Sessions, he is the best insurance policy for Trump against assassination, as his views are the same as trump’s however Trump is behind according to the average of polls. He needs a reset and only a female candidate will give him this reset

Gingrich voted for NAFTA, the war, and along with his good friend Nancy Pelosi he believes in global warming. Pence lost all evangelical respect when he walked back Indiana’s religious protection law after he felt the pressure of the homosexual mafia, not someone who can withstand the heat of VP campaigning. As far as the women vote, they either vote for the best candidate for the job or find themselves wearing a burka within 1 generation. So earning the female vote shouldn’t require a female figurehead in office. Women better get their s**t together because sharia law isn’t just creeping in, it’s storming in. Alan West brings 3 resets. Black vote-check, combat veteran-check, previous member of congress-check, well articulated-check, fearless-check, offensive against Clinton-check, rally all troops to annihilate ISIS-check.

Nowhere in my above statement should be interpreted as anti-woman. I respect women and I respect Dr. Taitz even more than Trump. Dr. Taitz you are my hero. You would be my very 1st VP pick. I swear it. You have done more for this country than any member of government or candidate.

Only Condi Rice will work well. She is also a

friend of all the Bushes (Bush family). She

    is both a well-educated super-competent woman,

and a Conservative black female. Win-win both.

She can challenge Hillary as also a former

Secretary of State (well-liked). Also basic

Christian who knows of Muslim dangers and ex-

tremism. Condi is the only logical choice, and

not a RINO either. Come on guys and gals.

    Let us be fair, Danno!!!

condi rice is a rino bushbag and the bushbags are boycotting the convention. Rice would cause Trump to hire a food taster, are you freaking serious.

I believe the Democrats could not be happier if Trump picked Newt for his VP….they would destroy him and Trump. Newt IS the ESTABLISHMENT and has more baggage than even Palin.

Please Donald be smart, no Gingrich or Palin.

Dems are voting for NEWT at the Drudge VP poll to try to influence the Donald to pick the biggest target for them to DESTROY!
