Orly, you post a title on this page and that’s all there is, just the title of your article. What information do you have on this? Why would Donald Trump need to “file an emergency injunction in VA” claiming that there is some “violation of 1st, 5th and 14th Amendments”? I can’t find anything on a Google search about this. And secondly, would Donald Trump know to do this at all? If you know he should, why not tell him that on his Facebook pg or Tweet him on Twitter – he always “tweets” at evening…@RealDonaldTrump on Twitter.

Take a look at
https://www.cnn.com/2015/10/14/politics/donald-trump-protestors-virginia/
Orly maybe is referring to Trump event in Richmond, Virginia, where in the crowd of about 5,000 of Trump supporters, twenty protesters were shouting against Donald.
However, Orly might have something else in mind.

Here is why he needs to do it,

Thank you, John.
Orly seems to be supporting and backing up Trump’s concern about Virginia GOP rules that restrict voting rights to only republicans allowed to vote in GOP primaries.
Thereby, Virginia GOP refuses to collect votes coming for GOP candidates from voters of other denominations.
Trump expects to receive many of such votes. Other GOP candidates may also receive such votes.
GOP does not care for victory. It does care to hurt Trump chances to win.
