    Good job Orly! Glad somebody is willing to scream about this. Most of us on social media are being met with the standard “sour grapes” response. We knew Monday night that this Caucus would blow away all previous voting records for the straw poll. By our estimates, the voting should have been well over 300K if not 400K. Trump’s rallies in Iowa had a total attendance number of 250,000 alone. So imagine if you will, that 250,000 people had seen all the previous debates. They had viewed his streaming rallies across the US. Still, they ventured out in blizzards and frigid temperatures to stand in lines for hours to hear their man Trump where ever he was. Then come Caucus Day, a staggering 82% of them couldn’t be bothered to go to a Caucus in mild temperatures and no snow across the state? 82% of them, 205,000 people saw the poll just 48 hours earlier that had Trump leading and couldn’t bear to have their voice heard when it counted? Something certainly stinks to high heaven. How is it the average precinct returned 197 votes when a Trump rally was just held less than 10-20 miles away? A rally raising $6 million for The Vets sees 205,000 people high tail it the other way, or worse yet, cast a vote for Rubio or Cruz who have done absolutely zero for The Vets? Early returns had Trump leading, and then suddenly a massive flip flop. As more returns came in, Rubio’s numbers continued to climb for no reason whatsoever? The ONLY reason was his camp initially beginning the rumor that Carson was done. Then on the CNN report, Cruz’s camp piled on also. Despite Cruz’s people finding out and knowing full well Carson was going home for R & R, they continued to tell Carson supporters he was done and to come over to Cruz’s side. That is fraud. A fraud further perpetuated on voting mailers “scaring” people into casting a vote for Cruz. By my estimates, Trump is missing in the neighborhood of 80-100K votes. That would put the percentages correctly in line. We only have to look to Microsoft’s statement to see what’s going on here. “The new vote reporting app is easy to use. Those sending results really can’t make any mistakes. Once submitted, the app does a quick bit of math in the background the user doesn’t see or needs to be concerned with, and results are instantly transmitted real time to polling central.” In the background? And Microsoft is doing this for free out of the kindness of their heart? Gates and Soros could easily start their own country. They also could easily start WW3. And do either one just for fun. Trump was royally screwed here. Let’s all keep after it.
    Iowa results smell like massive rigging, Trump needs to spend money on checking the results and the ballot counting scanners and he needs his people doing exit polling in every precinct in NH and all other states

    Two problems you have. One is that Trump is almost no-one’s second choice, so there are more than 60% who won’t support him. And no-one is required to provide any exit poll declaration.

    CRUZ IS NOT NBC BECAUSE NBC IS NOT DEFINED, AND CRUZ’s LAW PROFESSOR SAYS THAT IN CRUZ’s LEGAL REASONING HE HIMSELF WOULD DECLARE HE IS NOT A NBC.

    Trump has 40% of the vote and is leading the race with a 20% margin. Further, Trump’s people can do exit polling on their own. There is no requiring, but they can do it. Further, he and Bernie should demand the actual paper votes in IA, even Des Moines Register suspects elections fraud

    You don’t have to show that Cruz is or isn’t an NBC. That is the mistake people are making and leads to different interpre.tations of what defines an NBC. It is more simple and straight forward. All you have to show is that he is naturalized, because an NBC is not naturalized. There is already settled law that shows he is not an NBC There are many SCOTUS cases that show this: Wong v. Kim and Rogers v.Bellei to name a few ( Rogers being most on point ). From Wong v. Kim:

    “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized, either by treaty, as in the case of the annexation of foreign territory; or by authority of Congress, exercised either by declaring certain classes of persons to be citizens, as in the enactments conferring citizenship upon foreign-born children of citizens..”.

    In Bellei, Bellei’s birth circumstances were exactly the same as Cruz’s. Bellei had his citizenship stripped from him. The court first had to determine if he was naturalized or natural born. If natural born, Congress would have no authority to strip his citizenship from him. Since it was stripped, it is obvious they determined him naturalized. In the dissent, they even reaffirm that he is naturalized :
    “…Afroyim’s broad interpretation of the scope of the Citizenship Clause finds ample support in the language and history of the Fourteenth Amendment. Bellei was not “born . . . in the United States,” but he was, constitutionally speaking, “naturalized in the United States.” Although those Americans who acquire their citizenship under statutes conferring citizenship on the foreign-born children of citizens are not popularly thought of as naturalized citizens, the use of the word “naturalize” in this way has a considerable constitutional history. Congress is empowered by the Constitution to “establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization,” Art. I, Sec 8. Anyone acquiring citizenship solely under the exercise of this power is, constitutionally speaking, a naturalized citizen”

    So, as Cruz likes to say “It is settled law”. Yes it is. It is settled law that he is NATURALIZED and therefore not an NBC

    First of all, Trump needs to stop pretending (as others do) as though here is no greatest crime in progress! So far this all is ugly disgusting farce!

    1) Mr. Trump, why did you even agree to participate in this “game” next to the two impostors Cruz and Rubio: The impostors, whose mere presence in the ballot violated the Constitution?!

    2) Why did you not expose these two impostors Cruz and Rubio upright already before the voting?!

    3) Hey, the obfuscators! Stop already deceiving the audience about the concept “Natural Born”! Cruz is a cynic and an extreme hypocrite for it was he, the “constitutional stalwart” Cruz, who gave this interview during his senatorial campaign.

    INTERVIEWER: Hello Mr. Cruz, … I have one question for you if I may?
    CRUZ: Sure, go ahead.
    INTERVIEWER : What is your understanding of how one becomes a natural born Citizen?
    CRUZ: Two citizen parents and born on the soil.
    INTERVIEWER: … based on your understanding, would you agree that Barack Obama is ineligible to be POTUS?
    CRUZ: I would agree.
    INTERVIEWER: So when we get you elected, will you expose him for the usurping fraud he is?
    CRUZ: No…
    INTERVIEWER: But Mr. Cruz, if he is exposed as the usurping fraud he is, everything he has done will become null and void. Everything! (At that point, Cruz reiterated his main concern, so it was obvious the conversation was over as far as Cruz was concerned).

    And more importantly, the same definition inadvertently “leaked” into the 2008 Sen. Res. 511 vetting McCain! That alone must set away all doubts and lies about the natural born, which does mean “born to two citizen parents and on the soil”.

    It still is important to confirm the true definition of, and intent for our founding fathers’ use of the term “Natural Born Citizen” just to put and end to all the false claims and lies that have evolved from its purposeful misinterpretation.

    There is only one verifiable source for the term, and that same source provides the only clear concise definition to be found at the time our founders used this distinct term. It is also established fact that this single source was familiar to all educated men of that time, and to all honest scholars of this time. We all know that source to be the treatise of Emmerich de Vattel, “The Law of Nations”, and a simple acknowledgement of that fact would settle all such dispute, and at least be the first step in respect and sovereignty to this nation.

    We have all, by now, heard all the arguments to the contrary, but there are just no arguments that stand up to to logic or any sensible reasoning other than to purposely allow for open invitation for the possession of our highest office to foreign occupation and influences.

    Only the ignorant, traitorous liars, or coward, refer to obama as president. Only the ignorant, traitorous liars, or cowards, claim, cruz, rubio, or jindal, are “Natural Born” U.S. citizens.

    This is the same conclusion that at least another poster has come to, recently, but just made the comments a little more simplified.

    And for Cruz tell America that he is eligible to run for the Oval Office, tells us that this canuk is a con-artist!

    He’s either seeing just how far he can take this? or he is somewhat of a nutjob?

    As I saw an episode on tv, in one of his ads, that he clearly acted like he is a King and we shouldn’t examin what he says and/or does!

    He could display real “nazi-moments” at any time?!

    Com’on, Cruz, grow up! Do the right thing and people will, in time, not think much of this, later. Or…

    You are going to create a persona which will not be pleasant for others to see you, in some normal fashion!

    Unless, of course, was it someone from outside your family that wanted you to try to circumvent the Constitutional system…like someone who might be providing you with $$ to continue your assult upon America?

    Either way, you will appear to others as a person that can’t be trusted!

    Could it be? Could it possibly be that all of them know exactly what the Constitution says about Eligibility and Natural Born – – BUT are running on law of precedence because Mr. O has been in the White House now for so long – that IT has set precedence???
    (- – even though he was there all this time because nobody had the right combination of powers to evict him. And the we-the-people have been too distracted, enamored, uninformed, discouraged to come together.)

    The problem is that the NBC status is only certified by the party and no court will touch this afterwards. So, if a party has no principles – the goal justifies the means, as the Russian revolutionaries were taught by Lenin and his comrades – then there is no means to stop the train. The important question now is how to compel the parties to comply with constitutional requirements? This issue was so obvious to the Fathers that they did not think it was necessary to formulate explicit rules. They counted on our common sense…
