Taken From Fact Check: The “secrecy” ended when Tommy Vietor at the Obama campaign sent a message to us and other reporters saying, “I know there have been some rumors spreading about Obama’s citizenship, so I wanted to make sure you all had a copy of his birth certificate.” A digital image was attached. 1

Seems like a male hand holding the document. The only males listed as working with Factcheck.org on their site are Justin Bank, Joe Miller, and Brooks Jackson. They might be good people for law enforcement to depose right away…

Both Joe Miller (the one who was holding the document and certainly knows it’s a fake) and Brooks Jackson have statements on Factcheck claiming that they saw the COLB and it has the seal on it. Those are fraudulent claims and constitute document fraud. They need a visit from the cops.

Orly, I’m not a lawyer. Can people be deposed for civil lawsuits? Could you depose Joe Miller and Brooks Jackson of factcheck.org for any of your lawsuits? Can people refuse to be deposed?

Nellie: Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure governs the taking of depositions in federal cases. States adopt very similar if not the identical rule.

FactCheck is so reliable that I registered my CAT as my son stating he was born in Hawaii and they agreed with it. Meanwhile my Cat was picked up from an animal refuge and I claimed him as my son and factCheck agreed. They are really reliable.

From what I have gathered Factcheck is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Annenburg foundation (now theres an honest bunch) where Obama worked sharing an office with Bill Ayres for 3 yrs even though he didn’t know him (was that another lie?). Obama’s whole life is a sham and they thought the truth was completely hidden, but its coming out with the help of real Americans like Orly Taitz. His lies are so deep and long he can’t keep them straight and I hope when all of this surfaces he spends the rest of his days in a urine infested solitary confinment cell.

Factcheck is actually FactFake…..if you notice FACTS on that SITE change all the time.
They will have something as FACT today but next week the Facts will be different. Factcheck is not a realible TRUTH TELLER it is Propaganda, Fiction and some Half-truths mixed in. Also they are BIASED as hell. If ou look at their headline syou will see this. When a “fact” is against a Conservative they will mostly associate the name of the person on the title with the issue. When the “fact” is against a LIE-beral they will have the issue as the on the tittle as the bad thing an dthe LIE-berals usually not found.
EXAMPLE: Sarah Palin was plain wrong on Abstinance. (name prominetly associated with the wrong.

1) FactCheck is not owned by the Annenburg Foundation. It is part of the University of Pennsylvania.
2) Obama and Ayers never worked at the Annenburg Foundation either. They worked with the Chicago Annenburg Challenge.
3) The Annenburg Foundation was founded by a conservative Republican. His wife (who heads the foundation) was a vocal supporter of John McCain in the last election.

Both FctCheck and Annenberg Challenge are offshoots of Annenberg Foundation and AF gave 50 million to Annenberg Challenge, all their financial records are boxed and sealed in the library of U of Chicago

Annenburg Foundation, Annenburg Challenge – they are all part of the same cover up by the organized crime syndicate known as Chicago Politics. Even with all his money and all his connections Obummer can’t hide the truth. Obama also claimed he hardly knew Ayers (you know – the lead domestic terrorist of the democrat party).
