BORN IN THE USA?
Tom Delay – proud ‘birther’
‘Constitution specifically says you have to be natural born citizen’

WASHINGTON – Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay pulled no punches on Chris Matthews “Hardball”show on MSNBC today when asked if he is a “birther.”

“Well, I’d like the president to produce his birth certificate,” said DeLay. “I can. Most illegal aliens here in America can. Why can’t the president of the United States produce his birth certificate? … Chris, will you do me a favor? Will you ask the president to show me his gift certificate — I mean, his birth certificate?”

DeLay’s outspokenness on the subject stands in stark contrast to any current member of Congress.

Implying Barack Obama is being unfairly singled out for questioning on the issue, Matthews asked DeLay whether anyone has asked him for proof of his birthplace, DeLay responded, “The Democrats sued me for being a resident of Texas. That’s just like asking me for my birth certificate.”

“Chris, the Constitution of the United States specifically says you have to be a natural born citizen,” DeLay said.

“I know,” Matthews responded. “But I’ve never asked you for yours.”

“Ask me!” DeLay responded. “I’ll give it to you!”

Matthews said seeing a birth announcement in the Honolulu newspapers was enough to convince him of Obama’s birth in Hawaii.

(Story continues below)

“Newspapers!” responded DeLay. “Is a newspaper article an official document?”

“No, it’s not,” conceded Matthews. “It’s just common sense that we’re talking about here. Common sense.”

“There isn’t anybody in America that’s been born in America that didn’t get a birth certificate at Obama’s age,” said DeLay. “Maybe at my age there are people born out in — ”

DeLay was forced out of office by a series of investigations by Democratic leadership. He is on a media tour promoting his appearance on “Dancing With the Stars.”

I saw the interview. The one thing left out of the article was when Delay asked this… “Chris, will you do me a favor? Will you ask the president to show me his gift certificate — I mean, his birth certificate?”

    Mathews said “No.”

    Orly,
In addtion to not furnishing a “genuine, legitimate Birth Certificate” as he is asked, at his internet website Barack Obama furnishes a “not genuine, illegitimate, articially created, Certificate Of Live Birth”, calling it “proof” and “genuine” of which it is neither.

My source is the presentations of two You Tube inspectors’ conclusions in regard to the internet presented Certificate of Live Birth.

Barack Obama presents the artificial created Certificate Of Live Birth document with intent to deceive the American Citizen public into thinking he is a United States citizen.

Chris shows anger like he has never shown before. This usually happens when a devout believer in a premise finally sees the light and realizes his adversary is right. Would love to hear O’Reilly’s discussion with his body language experts.

I wrote a letter to Chris asking that he level with himself. If he believes he has been misled, then stand up light a man and admit it. Then get to work on what he now believes is right.

One of talk radio’s (and TV for that matter) greatest problems is this. They become so drenched in a belief that their “debate sense” floats away and gives in to fanaticism. At that point, hatred steers them, and there is no common sense remaining to keep probing the issue objectively. Radicals usually begin their arguments in this matter, taking the short cut to fanaticism.

I watched Chris take on two Amendment II enthusiasts. These amateurs ate him alive. He tried to open the can of “birthers”, but they both admitted they had not studied the issue that much. So this stimulated a little more anger in Chris causing him to lose total control. I actually felt a kind of sorrow for him. (showing how dumb I can be sometimes LOL)

I had read something interesting(from Orly’s site?) before. BO’s lawyers threatened the heads of several mainstream news companies before the Pres. Elections of 2008. They were warned not to mention BO’s birth certificate issue. These heads then threatened their employees with dismissal and blacklistings if the employees talked about BO’s birth certificate. Matthews seems too scared to do anything except protect his job by defending BO any way that he can. Matthews seems prepared to lie until Hell freezes over to protect his own ass. WATCH IT Matthews, you may wind up as BO’s CELLMATE. TRAITOR!
