Today I suddenly got tweets from Senator Cruz, Senator Rand and Congressman Bilbray, but there is nothing of substance in those tweets so far.

I think it’s a subtle hint that they are on your side and are working on getting rid of him.

I will monitor all the tweets from Congressmen you’ve served and look for the all important mentions of you.
Keep up the work!

What exactly did they say Dr?

I believe they are on your side (our side).
Senator Cruz is especially strong, in terms of standing up to the establishment, but he is also very new. He just took office in January; and the Dems still control the agenda. So, give him some time to line up his offense for the attack on Obama’s eligibility.
Senator Cruz also happens to have attended Harvard Law School around the same time as Obama. He has publicly reported a large and strong Communist movement at the Law School, complete with a dozen Communist Professors, by his report.
So, he is aware of and accustomed to dealing with these kinds of people. He probably even has his own copy of the Harvard Law Review, which lists Obama as being born in Kenya!
He is a life-long conservative, having been interested in conservative politics since his childhood. He is exceptionally well educated. He is a great public orator, as well as a top notch litigator. He has already won a Supreme Court case at the young age of 42. And, his moral and ethical fiber are in the top echelon of the DC beltway community.
When the time is right, and if the case is righteous in his judgement, I am confident that he will press your case with the utmost of vigor, using every power at his disposal.
He also has the support of a growing number of conservatives in the Congress, and his high profile as an Ivy Leaguer is starting to make inroads in the Northeast.
Keep pressing your case, diligently and politely, but also firmly and persistently.
And, stay tuned.
I believe that Ted Cruz will prove to be one of your best and most effective allies, but let him pick his moment for the attack. He is shrewd and cunning about things. He needs to pick his moments carefully.

You might want to send a letter to Ted Cruz’ office, including maybe an executive summary of your case as well as the whole kit and kabootle as an attachment.
He may have already gotten all your stuff through the court system, but given your report of potential corruption amongst the court clerks, you might want to send him a package directly, in order to make sure that he gets everything.
If it is true that Supreme Court clerks are corrupting the litigation process, Senator Cruz will want to know about that as well.

you as a consttuent can do it

Why don’t you do something productive? I have more than enough on my plate. You can contact Cruz on a daily basis and demand answers.
So far all of them were strong in empty words

Has the 9th Circuit vanished and retired forever? It was an emergency application for an expedited Mandus order, not by the slowest process possible
