It stinks. They are drug and sex addicts and because of deficit spending corruption they have forced it on us all. The law is what ever their addictions require. They are teaching it in our unionized schools and don’t allow any opposition to their “constitutional rights: to be sodomites.

    Judge Feldman is correct!!!

His ruling relies also on the 10th amendment of the Constitution which is where this issue should be decided.

There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution or in any of the supporting documents written and debated at the time of the country’s founding that stated, implied or inferred that the issue of Christian religious marriage — the God anointed and sanctified union of one man and one woman — was an issue in the pervue of the
    federal secular govenment.

The 10th Amendment of the US. Constitution:
““The Tenth Amendment was intended to confirm the understanding of the people at the time the Constitution was adopted, that powers not granted to the United States were reserved to the States or to the people. It added nothing to the instrument as originally ratified.” – United States v. Sprague, 282 U.S. 716, 733 (1931).”

    Quote:
“This Court is persuaded that Louisiana has a legitimate interest…whether obsolete in the opinion of some, or not, in the opinion of others…in linking children to an intact family formed by their two biological parents, as specifically underscored by Justice Kennedy in Windsor.”

“Defendants rejoin that the laws serve a central state interest of linking children to an intact family formed by their biological parents. Of even more consequence, in this Court’s judgment, defendants assert a legitimate state interest in safeguarding that fundamental social change, in this instance, is better cultivated through democratic consensus. This Court agrees.” (EMPHASIS ADDED)

    Quote:
“As to couples’ “fundamental rights” claim, Feldman concluded that “same-sex marriage” was the right being considered and that it is not “fundamental.”

    AMEN!!!

Amen. Finally a judge who properly interprets instead of illegally legislating new laws and creating new protected classes of mentally ill deviants and child molestors

Cheers and plaudits to Judge Feldman, a rare
    patriot and humanist libertarian.

He is to be commended for his courage; and he
had better take care of any Fuddy attempts on
    his life.

We cannot trust the Fuddy Duddy sodomites who
want to phallus worship and take over the USA
and the schools, media, family, etc.

    Protect him, Danno!!!

It is nice to see at least one Judge has his head on straight. These decisions hopscotch back and forth all the way to the SCOTUS and back. Deficit spending entitlements have destroyed us. It is funding this corruption and evil behavior. Any sex and drug addict is qualified to be a judge today.

If I have the correct reading of Judge Feldman’s decision and briefing it is that the term ‘marriage’ is unique and dedicated to the long(and biblical) history of a man-women relationship. In my thinking man and woman were created to have a significant physical difference for a/the specific purpose propagation.
