This is not a Republican v Democrat issue, Natural Born Citizen requirement is about our Constitution, about protection of our Republic and our Democracy against foreign takeover.

As I’ve been saying all along Natural born Citizen requirement is not a Republican v Democrat issue, it is an issue of protection of our Republic and our Democracy against foreign takeover and us as a Nation  not being sold to the highest bidder from abroad.

Bobby Jindal cannot run for President as he is not Natural Born according to the Constitution. Are we going to have another Constitutional issue with him? We have a large enough problem with Obama’s illegality!

Everyone on the news is saying that Bobby Jindal of Louisianna should make a run for President. When his parents arrived from India, his Mother was Pregnant with him. When he was born on American soil, they were not citizens as it takes over 5 years to become one. Therefore he is an American citzen, but not Natural Born as they were not citizens at the time of his birth. Is this going to be another Obama case?

I have been concerned for sometime about Jindal and the attention surrounding a possible run in 2012.

His parents came here for his father to study, but they never went back to India.

AND…….I’m tired of hearing that the Usurper’s father was an immigrant, he was also a student who couldn’t get back to Africa fast enough to be with his other wife (or wives).

One could make the argument that since Jindal’s parents did in fact become US citizens, Jindal could be considered a “Natural Born” citizen. But in Obama’s case, Obama’s father was Kenyan was always Kenyan and he never became a US citizen.

That’s why it’s so important that we get a court ruling on the legal definition of “natural born citizen”. Obama currently stands for the interpretation that it means that the candidate for President was born on U.S. soil (and is, therefore, a U.S. citizen by way of the 14th amendment). If “natural born citizen” means more than “jus soli” citizenship, then we need a court to actually make a ruling and say it.

If that’s true…then let the chips fall where they may. Constitution first and always. He can serve America in some other capacity. Let’s get rid of Obummer first before we start worrying about the next election.

It appears Jindal would have standing to compel a judicial definition of “Natural born citizen” to ensure that he meets the constitutional qualification before announcing his candidacy for POTUS in in the 2012 election cycle.

  8. B Fuller
    May 21st, 2009 @ 1:52 pm

Jindal is not eligible to be POTUS. He may satisfy “jus soli”, the soil, but he does not satisfy the “jus sanguini”, the blood, portion of “natural born”. His parents are immigrants by any stretch of the law; therefore, he is a citizen but not a “natural born” citizen. His parents owe allegiance to another country.

gladi8r, I would think that Jindal would have legal standing if any of the 50 Secretaries of State tried to keep him off the ballot by saying that he is not a “natural born citizen”.

For the people here that would encourage a Jindal run because…..are failing to see what is going here. “We” are trying to preserve the Constitutional Republic here and encouraging someone or supporting a person that is not eligible under our Constitution is suicide. Ironically, and may I say that I would be saying the same thing today if he won, John McCain is not eligible either.

Greg Goss: Just for your info….My family has a similar situation to John McCain’s. My husband served in the military and we had a child born in Germany. Our son is a Natural Born US Citizen with a US birth certificate and US Passport due to the fact that we were both US Citizens & my husband was serving overseas under the US Army. Our child was born in a US military hospital but could have been born in a local German hospital and it wouldn’t have made a difference.

Both of John McCain’s parents were US Citizens and his father was serving the military at the time of John’s birth. He could have been born on the moon and he still would have been a Natural Born US Citizen.

People….do your homework! Jindal is a Rhodes Scholar. A STUDENT OF THE GLOBAL ELITE!!!!

    Snipped from American FreePress.Net 2009
Rothschild Agents Take 10 Key Posts
In Administration of Rookie President
    By Michael Collins Piper

The truth about the Rhodes Scholarships is not known to the average American who is constantly told by the mass media that Rhodes Scholars (such as former President Bill Clinton) are among “the best and the brightest.”

The Rhodes Scholarships—awarded to Americans and students from other former British colonies—are funded by a trust set up by 19th Century British imperial figure Cecil Rhodes, whose intent was to indoctrinate these scholars with the theme that the American colonies should be reunited with the British Empire and that they should work through “public service” to achieve that goal.

But Rhodes wasn’t just some rich madcap dreamer. His ventures were underwritten by the international Rothschild dynasty operating from the financial district in London known as “The City”—the banking center of the Rothschild controlled British empire that also includes the London School of Economics.

So now a clique of internationalists trained in the idea of extinguishing American independence are ensconced in the Obama administration.

And another Rhodes Scholar, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, is widely touted as the great Grand Old Party candidate to “take back the White House” in 2012. Jindal doesn’t offer “change.”

He—like the other globalists in the Obama administration—is part of the problem.

All of this is not a “conspiracy theory.” Rather, these facts are well known to those familiar with what the Rhodes scholarships are really about.

Six former Rhodes Scholars (educated at Oxford University in Britain) and four others associated with the London School of Economics are serving in key posts in the Obama administration. That’s not good.

Here are 10 of the key “British”—that is, Rothschild —operatives now ensconced in the Obama administration (more can be expected):

Susan Rice—ambassador to the UN; Michael McFaul—head of the Russian desk at the National Security Council; Elena Kagan—solicitor general of the United States; Anne-Marie Slaughter—State Department policy planning staff; Neal S.Wolin—deputy counsel to the president for economic policy; Ezekial Emanuel—senior counselor at the White House Office of Management and Budget on health care policy; Lawrence Summers—head of the National Economic Council; Peter Orszag—director of the Office of Management and Budget; Peter Rouse—senior advisor to the president; Mona Sutphen—deputy chief of the White House staff.

    American Patriot:

WOW!!! I couldn’t have said that better myself! I agree with you and I’m sure most of us who want the Constitution followed to the letter of the law do as well. I know we can’t forget why we’re doing this…..to find a way to legally remove the ineligible foreigner who’s usurping the Presidency and ASAP.

I just have one teensy exception with what you’ve said:

“We need to stop fighting with those who disagree with us and unite them. No more accusing people of being Obots, no more name calling, no more DIVISION.” “We need to stop attacking and start embracing. If an issue doesn’t help us, then it can only hurt us. Egos aside. Donations aside. Criminal records aside. Web site ownership aside.”

I understand we need to rise above name calling but I don’t believe we’re the ones fighting or attacking here…the opposing side comes to this blog and posts nasty, hate-filled lies. We are only defending the truth. How do you propose we unite? Most of them aren’t coming here with an open mind seeking the truth! They come to distract, divide, and malign. And they certainly aren’t coming here to be our friend or fellow patriot. Embracing?? You’ll have to explain that one to me. 🙂

I don’t believe you need to worry about ego issues with Orly. But you can not dismiss the situations concerning donation theft, criminal records of webmasters & others, or web site ownership….those things may not concern you (although it should) but they certainly concern Orly. And as much of a distraction as they are to the situation at hand, they have to be dealt with. I don’t think for one minute Orly has lost the original purpose of her mission….the love she has for our country & its people, and the respect she has for its Constitution & laws are what keep her going. We can not allow our country, America, to be destroyed…and that’s exactly why we’re here.

We are on the same side American Patriot…and I don’t want my reply to offend you. This is how I view it…..This is a battle over our nation and there are two sides. Our side is for honoring our Constitution and following its laws. The other side dishonors our Constitution and wants to destroy it as well as our Country….that makes them the enemy.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

    Elisabeth,

No offense taken. It is my opinion that the issues above, that are not directly related to winning this case, do not help us in any way. In the long run, they will only hurt us and/or our credibility. Some things are better handled in private where they can be dealt with discretely. I consider this a life and death situation for my country. Discretion is of the utmost importance.

When a non-pertinent issue leads to headlines that read “Birthers Cage-Match” I consider that BAD for our cause and harmful to our chances of winning.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

If somebody hijacks a website, and somebody else diverts donations, and yet another person commits slander or libel, and people divide to take sides, it becomes counter-productive. It’s akin to the airing of dirty laundry.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

I really don’t see how any of that gets us any closer to winning this battle. Plus, it damages the credibility of everybody involved – no matter who comes out victorious.

I don’t expect anybody to kiss and make-up, that’s what courts are for. Let the judge decide and that’s that.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

As far as I’m concerned, if a convicted bank robber had the legal research skills to hunt down the law, or legislation that could help us win this legally… I’d accept his help and research with a wink and a smile. Domain registration is cheap. If one goes away, $20 will buy another one.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

But I do expect focus – and the above issues are distractions. Regardless of the outcome of those issues – they don’t help our cause. Win lose or draw.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

There is nothing so compelling about any of those issues that deem their being discussed publicly. We have a hard enough road ahead of us. I reiterate, if it doesn’t help, it only serves to harm.

** Obstacles are what you see when you lose sight of the goal**

    Greg,
I understand what you’re saying and I completely agree. The constitution should be strictly adhered to. I only suggested that Jindal should form an exploratory committee to determine if he is eligible. I already know that he isn’t but it would have legal standing in the courts to obtain a legal definition of “natural born”. This would also bring into question Obama’s qualifications (or lack thereof). I wouldn’t support Jindal’s candidacy although he is a great man and has had a profound effect on the state of Louisiana. I would only encourage it to bring awareness to this issue.

With all due respect John McCain was born in the Panama Canal zone and before the 1937 special act by congress granting citizenship to children born of American parents in the zone. He was born 11 months too early.
