The Marion County Circuit Court # is 317-327-4740 I listened to all of the spiel(traffic, tickets, paternity cases, etc.) and then pushed operator for information. The person that answered said that all the people that could answer my question, of when the case on Obama being on the Indiana ballot, was to be heard were in a special meeting????? He took my name and said he would have a Mr. French call me when they came out of the meeting. I can not believe that they can not tell me when the case will be in court! Is there a case # that I can ask for?
I do not live in Marion County. I live in Shelby County. Our Shelbyville news paper has had nothing in about the case that I have seen. That was why I was writing the Shelbyville News. Seems the sheep are suppose to be kept in the dark as long as possible!

Why should they be in a “Special Meeting” concerning a simple eligibility hearing??? It’s nothing special. You schedule the hearing for a certain time and date and allow both sides to present their evidence. That is unless it’s a “Special Meeting” to figure out how to put on a dog and pony show like they did down in Georgia.

call the election commission and the Marion county court and demand clarification, whether Obama’s case will be heard on Friday the 24th or Monday the 27th
