I just received a call from one of my supporters, who listened to Bill Cunningham show. He stated that attorney Gary Kreep came to the show and stated that Obama might be eligible, he might have a birth certificate, but he is hiding it because it might say, that he is a Muslim. 

I personally do not listen to Cunningham show show, this is a second hand evidence (a hearsay), but if attorney Kreep really said that, this is an incorrect statement of fact.  HI  long form birth certificate does not have a section for religion. Nowhere in the long form birth certificate there is a provision for religion. Attorney Kreep is saying something that is not correct (check for yourself by examining the long form BC above).  I don’t know why, I don’t know why he is trying to say that this long form BC exists.

Additionally, according to 2 people, who listened to the show, he presents the case, as if he is the only attorney on this case. In reality I was the only attorney on the case until the last moment. I represent Ambassador Keyes, 10 state representaives and 30 members of the military. Kreep made a deal with 2 people, members of American Independent party to switch to him and he is representing them. I am also concerned with the fact that he does not follow Vattel theory of Natural born citizen. He shares a belief that regardless of the citizenship of the parents, the child is a citizen, if he is born in the country. Kreep also joined Berg in suing me in a frivolous law suit, which cost me time and money, which I found to be despicable on his part. Considering the fact that I traveled to some 40 states, pushing this issue, represented multiple plaintiffs, I really didn’t need additional aggravation and harassment from Kreep and Berg.

At any rate, I am providing a copy of the long form HI BC to show you that it has no provision for religion.

    Moreover, on Oct. 13, 2010, a contributor with the username “Danae” posted on FreeRepublic.com a copy of her long-form birth certificate originally issued in 1969, but which the Hawaii Department of Health mailed to her Sept. 28, 2010, after she paid a $10 fee.

    To verify her transaction, she also posted a receipt she was sent Sept. 28, 2010, by the Hawaii state agency.

    Because of the obvious questions raised by the statements of Hawaii officials defending the secrecy of Obama’s birth records, “Danae” followed up with a photograph of her original long-form, hospital-generated certificate of live birth side-by-side with the copy she was sent:

    I share everything I come across with Orly AND Donald Trump.

    Everything I see says ‘no judge has ever ruled on what is natural born’ and yet, as recently as Jan 11 of this year, in Strunk v Paterson, the judge CONCLUDED that Obama was NOT a natural born citizen. Why doesn’t this info come out through the MSM??

    And all the MSM (and the lying officials in HI) say that HI only issues COLB’s, and yet, Orly has a long form posted, and https://www.wnd.com/?pageId=285921 has 2 posted, and evidently Obama could get one for $10 and post it in the same manner, IF HE HAD ONE.

    I post everything on FB as well…but still the MSM waves Obama’s COLB in our faces, claiming it is his BC and proof he is a ‘natural born citizen’ even after a NY Judge says Obama is NOT a NBC. It is so frustrating to me, as I am sure it is to Orly, as well.

    I will just keep throwing information out there, and hope one day it sticks on a good investigative reporter and the whole world will learn Obama is a fraud, phony, and a FELON.
