The total number of returns and removals reached nearly 2 million in year 2,000. Today it is 350,000 due to the fact that Obama simply refuses to follow the law and seeks cheap labor and more Dem party voters

Trump: Illegal Immigrants ‘Have to Go’
    Breitbart.com ^ | 15 August 2015 | Ian Hanchett

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump argued that illegal immigrants “have to go” in a preview of his interview set to air on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” released on Saturday.

Trump said that if he is president, “The executive order gets rescinded.”

Trump added, “We’re going to keep the families together. We have to keep the families together, but they have to go.” And “They have to go.” Trump also said that if illegal immigrants don’t have a place to go, “We will work with them. They have to go. Chuck, we either have a country, or we don’t have a country.”

Children born here to Illegals are technically “US citizens” but they are also citizens of the parents’ home country. As they are minors it could be assumed that they are under their parents’ jurisdiction until they are of age.

Illegals should be required to register at the consulate or embassy of their home countries and to register there the births of any children born in the USA to insure the children’s right to their parental citizenship as well.

This would be needed if they were to return to the home country as the children would need to be included on the parents’ passports of the country of origin.

At age of legal adulthood the children could go to a US consulate should they wish to return legally to the USA.

There is now “Birthright” tourism and that application of the law about simply being born on American soil to be a citizen should be rescinded; it is being abused and used to implode the system and the nation.
