The judge denies government’s Motion to Dismiss my case without prejudice, allows the government a do-over, to file a new motion to dismiss. I never saw anything like this before, I don’t know, why couldn’t he rule on their first motion

It sounds to me like he’s saying to the govt “Look I really want to dismiss her cases but this looks pretty much in her favor. I’ll tell you what, go back and come up with a better reason why I should dismiss (make it a good one mind you) her case and I will do it. As it stands it looks like I should rule in her favor and that’s not good for you.

Judicial shenanigans.

Don’t expect justice in a judicial system which is as corrupt as the other branches of government. Perhaps after Obama leaves office he’ll meet justice one way or another.

It’s politics as usual. It’s being decided behind the scenes now before it ever gets to court. Orly is in the court of public opinion every day.

The judge is just trying to allow the government to drag it out until obummer is out of office & out of the country.

He DID RULE, he dismissed it WITHOUT prejudice. The question is HOW NANY motions to dismiss are allowed prior to trial date!?! Is it unusual for the judge to hear more than one such motion!?!

It’s just more of the same old stench emanating from the bench. They have to at least act as though they’re taking the matter seriously. We’ve seen this too many times in the past 7 years. Let Hanen hear the case.

Yeah, this judge is playing games!
Orly should have received the case handed to her on a silver/gold platter!
Let’s hope this will not be the case, if the govt can’t come up with anything more intelligent than, “please, judge, don’t let Orly win? We’re going to cry, if you do…sniffle, sniffle!”
O and the others are such panseys!

Okay…everyone, keep praying for these cases Dr Orly has going on…
Remember what we have all learned from the Bible and/or going to church…
God can do ANYTHING!!!! So let’s pray for that to happen…to save America and all of us who are trying to stop the insanity!
