   Orly, I wish that you would say a word or 2 about the common law grand jury. This is the original way that our judicial system was set up. The current system of laws and ordnances is not that system set up in the constitution. Common law, the law of God, common to all men, is based on justice, mercy and honor. Only violent people need to be in jail.    How about NOT “or” but will be even IF they clean their act up. Isn’t there enough evidence? Maybe it should read “or they will be executed and not imprisoned”!
