    Then we have this unreal situation where a sailor, thousands of miles from home, is being ordered by a fool judge, Margaret Noe, to report to court or face contempt and loss of custody to his wife, and the child is perfectly fine with the sailor’s new wife.

    This ‘judge’ is another one who should be kicked off the bench and put out to pasture.

    No wonder there is no way to find a true moral judge in this country. Aside from a few ( who do not come forward to aid in this crisis we are in), the justice system has become an echo of Nazi Germany.

    Latest is that this ‘judge’ is crawling out of her mess and issuing a delay:

    ADRIAN, Michigan — A Michigan judge has called a time-out in a child custody dispute involving a sailor aboard a U.S. submarine.

    Lenawee County Judge Margaret Noe (NO’-ee) released an order Sunday, delaying some matters until at least Oct. 22.

    The judge cited a federal law that suspends court action when a member of the armed services is away. Noe says she didn’t know Hindes was in the Pacific Ocean until June 16 when he was supposed to appear or have someone bring his 6-year-old daughter to court.

    Hindes, his wife and daughter live near Seattle. The judge says ex-wife Angela Hindes of Ohio still is allowed parenting time. She’ll consider that issue Monday.

    Noe has been criticized for her handling of the case. She says facts have been sacrificed for “sensational stories.”

    This petition has over 2000 signatures and comments to remove this fool woman from the bench, permanently. It is worth bringing up the link, just to read what the comments are.
