   Maybe Texas should collaborate with the other 25 states that are involved with the pending lawsuit, and align together to file a lawsuit against Obama

   Obama is a lunatic leading a party of lunatics. They can’t make up their mind what sex they are and the way they were born doesn’t even figure in to it. They don’t notice this lunacy and act like they think the rest of us are the ones that are crazy. These actions are proof. He is just using his office to terrorize normal people. You mean to tell me that there is not a law against this? Oh, I forgot. The democrats make the law up as they go along.

   We’re one of the few producer states where we send more money to the Federal Government then we get back in the form of pretty much anything.

   I’m all for calling their bluff.

   How did this country get along for more than 300 years without gender identity issues? I never even heard anything about “transgenders” until a couple years ago. If we’ve had all these transgenders in our population for all this time, don’t you think they used the restrooms where they would not be offending anyone or calling attention to themselves? It never created any problems that I’m aware of until Obama made it a problem. This is just one more way that he has found to pit groups of people against each other. That is his legacy. He has created more division between people in his 7 1/2 years than any President we’ve ever had. In fact, other than destroy the country, I can’t think of anything else he’s done.

   I live in North Carolina, I praise Pat McCrory for his stance on the bathroom issue…I hope he cuts off all federal taxes to the federal government IF they don’t drop all their crap…maybe Texas and N.C. can call for a Constitutional Convention to put these idiots in their place once in for all.

   states do not pay taxes to the federal government; people do. It would take an armed rebellion to change that. Then states would lose federal funds anyway including social security.

    federal funds is money they take from us in taxes minus what the feds take from the top. Texans send to the feds much more than what the feds send back to Texas

    This is Obama giving out bribe money. The Constitution only calls for a State Sales tax not Federal Tax. The federal government should never have this money (our money) to give out in the fist place.

    Taxes without representation, according to Obama’s lunatic SCOTUS, is the law of the land. Their Obamacare justification, ie: “it’s a tax”, illustrates their logic that we can be taxed unequally any amount for any reason. In spite of the fact That the Constitution devotes an article specifically to the contrary. “Congress shall pass no Bill of Attainder”.

    Remember, this dictate from obama also applies to locker rooms, showers and store changing rooms – which afford way less privacy than restroom stalls.

    Men don’t even have to be “confused” to be allowed in the women’s restrooms. They just have to be “uncomfortable” in the men’s room, as per this man:
